I had a wonderful stay at Time Onyx Hotel Apartment. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thanks to Mr. John at the reception for his warm welcome, professionalism, and excellent customer service. He made the check-in process smooth and was always helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Not recommended. They gave room which was dusty and dead fly's around. Had to call to clean it. Room was on first floor with road side view, so it was very noisy. However swimming pool was good and the life guard Ms Vera was very professional and polite.

Room is very clean, convenient and comfortable to stay with. Whatever is needed, staff also provides. So far im happy... We are happy with the service. Surely will come back soon. Mr. Viju very accommodating. I love the stay.. And service. Thank you

The hotel is truly of a very poor standard in terms of both the services offered and customer care. There were no towels in the room. I also asked them to check the shampoo and shower gel dispensers because they seemed empty to me, and I was told they were full. Instead, when I took a shower, I found myself without both shampoo and shower gel. I had hoped to have dinner at the hotel, but that was not possible because during the low season the restaurant does not provide dinner service and closes at 6:00 p.m. Breakfast is also very limited: they do not prepare a buffet and only offer one dish of your choice. The coffee machine was not even working, and they did not even have orange juice. I also heard another guest politely asking whether it would be possible to have an extra croissant — which, by the way, was extremely small — and she was told no, because it was against the hotel’s policy. When I ordered dinner through a delivery app, clearly indicating my room number, they did not even bother to inform me when the food arrived, nor did they bring the package to my room. The gym does not even have a water dispenser, and there are no courtesy towels to use on the equipment. The Wi-Fi is also very problematic when using a laptop. It often conflicts with the gateways and requires a lot of troubleshooting before managing to connect to the internet. Furthermore, on two occasions I returned to the hotel at around 5:30 p.m. and the room had still not been cleaned. Even after the room was finally cleaned, I had to call again because they had not provided any towels. The only positive note was the kindness of the manager. After hearing that the receptionist — who was rude, unhelpful and completely ineffective in handling the situation — was not willing to pay the delivery rider and charge the cost to my room, even after I clearly said I would pay immediately by card, the manager stepped in and handled the matter himself. Evidently, it was perfectly possible and not exactly rocket science. Apart from this single positive intervention, the overall service was extremely disappointing and absolutely forgettable. It is difficult to find such a low level of attention toward guests. Absolutely to be avoided, unless strictly necessary due to its proximity to clients you need to visit, as in my case.

My stay at Time Onyx Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was outstanding. I would especially like to thank Miss Neven at the reception for her professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome. She was attentive, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Her dedication to providing great service made a lasting impression. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I recently stayed at Time Onyx Hotel, UAE, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered a welcoming atmosphere. I would especially like to recognize the housekeeping staff, Kavinda and Sophiya, for their exceptional service. They were courteous, attentive, and maintained my room to a very high standard throughout my stay. Their dedication and warm attitude truly made a positive difference. The only area that could be improved was the checkout experience. There was a delay because communication between the maintenance team and the front desk was not properly coordinated. Additionally, I felt that the lady at the front desk could have handled the situation with a bit more professionalism and empathy. Despite this minor issue, my overall stay was enjoyable, and I appreciate the excellent efforts of the housekeeping team. Thank you to Kavinda and Sophiya for making my stay comfortable. I would be happy to stay at Time Onyx Hotel again.
