Hotel Milu was outstanding! The service was very helpful and friendly, particularly Megan at the front desk and the young woman who manned the breakfast buffet. They were responsive to emails before our visit to help us set up transportation for an excursion. We loved the coffee/hot chocolate machine on the 5th floor, as well as the lovely breakfast. It was in a great, safe location from which explore Florence by foot. The hotel had great artwork throughout and modern decor. I gave the room got 4 stars because the air conditioner never cooled the room fully overnight. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel though!

Staff were fantastic! The moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The entire stay they were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I wasn’t able to catch everyones names but Megan, Sophia, Amir were great, along with the gentleman with curly hair, the lady with glasses who helped organise our taxi and the lady with short dark hair and English accent. Great location. Rooms are beautiful and clean with a great view. It was a short stay for my family and I but we will definitely be back to Hotel Milu. Thank you from Australia!

I had a wonderful stay at Milu Hotel, and I want to give special thanks to Mr. Guido at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist me with a room change. His professionalism and warm hospitality made my stay much more comfortable. It’s always a pleasure to encounter staff who truly care about guests, and Mr. Guido is a great example of excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel, and I appreciate the outstanding support from Mr. Guido.

This was a perfect location for our 3 night stay in Florence. The location is an easy walk with luggage to the train station and walking distance to local attractions, shops and restaurants. We only used a cab once and that was because it was raining. The staff was always helpful, friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a good stay. The concierge booked dinner reservations for us and had good recommendations. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The availability of the coffee maker on the 5th floor was a nice touch. If I am fortunate enough to visit Florence again, I will definitely want to stay at Hotel Milu.

Hotel Milù was absolutely wonderful and we could not have asked for a better stay in Florence! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to so many of Florence’s major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the front desk staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly personable, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They always greeted us with a smile and were constantly ready to help with recommendations, directions, reservations, or anything else we needed. Their hospitality made us feel so cared for throughout our stay. Hotel Milù played a huge part in making our Florence experience so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

Overall, we had a good stay at Hotel Milù. The location is excellent and made it very easy to explore Florence on foot. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which we appreciated. That said, there were a few areas where the hotel did not quite meet our expectations, especially considering the price point and four-star rating. The room was not as clean as we expected upon arrival, and the baby bed we had requested was not set up and ready when we checked in. While these issues were eventually addressed, it would have been nice to have everything prepared in advance. For the price charged, we expected a higher level of attention to detail and room readiness. The hotel has many strengths, particularly its location and staff, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping and preparation for arriving guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but we believe the value for money could be better.

My husband and I stayed at Milu Hotel in July 2026 during our 2 week honeymoon, and it was our favorite hotel from the trip! The location is fantastic, we didn't have any issues taking our bags from the train station to here. The hotel and room design is very lovely and clean. The A/C (air conditioning) worked fantastic, which was one of my main priorities when booking. Our favorite part of the hotel however was the top floor area. In the morning, the hotel provides a generous breakfast that you can eat on the rooftop patio. And the rest of the day they have bar beverages available for purchase. They also have a self-serve coffee station and water dispenser both available 24/7. The convenience of these amenities was truly a game changer and made our stay so much more comfortable! We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again the next time we're in Florence.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel in Florence and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with great attention to detail. It provided the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Florence. We stayed at the room 209. Even if it was quite small, it was very modern with a comfortable bed, and a very modern bathroom with specious shower. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay — fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We enjoyed every day the fresh pancakes with bacon, syrup and eggs. Overall, the entire experience was excellent. The atmosphere, quality of service, and level of comfort made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.
