The room has everything you need. The kitchenette is fully equipped, which is convenient. But we had an issue with the parking, firstly we had no information about the access and location and then the instructions of the receptionist were incomplete, we were stuck in front of the gate. It was very frustrating. The rest of our stay was ok. The location is good, you can go to the city center on foot.

I had a very refined and comfortable stay at Getaway Studios Gent. The location is excellent, situated in a particularly convenient spot that blends well with the city. Great location. Clean and friendly staff. Rooms don’t have AC so can get hot. You get given fans for the rooms

At first, don't take that 3-star rating as a bad one, as the amenities and condition of the rooms are definitely of a high standard. However, the rooms lack ventilation, and you can't open the windows because of mosquitoes and flies. They have provided a standing fan, which is not enough during hot summers. The location is great, just 5 minutes from the center. I should also mention that the service is good. The locker facility is also worth mentioning. The place is recommended unless it's a hot day.

Getaway Studios Ghent is a place I highly recommend. The location is excellent, very close to the center, and the self check-in and check-out system is truly great. The reception staff were very helpful and understanding. The room offers every comfort, with a fully equipped kitchen and clear instructions. The only minor drawback is that the room is a bit dated, even though it is generally well maintained. A great choice for visiting the city in total comfort.

Check-in was easy, and the staff was very friendly! The room was nice and spacious for our big family. My kids loved the room! The view of the courtyard was a plus. The beds were comfortable and the location is unbeatable! We were easily able to walk all of downtown Ghent. The only small issue was the shower temperature fluctuates. But we would stay here again every time we visit Ghent.

Great stay overall — everything was perfect. The reception team was always friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. The only small point is that the room floor felt a bit dusty and could have used better cleaning. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

The service and location were amazing. The room could do with some improvements, for example it was extremely hot in our room despite having the fans on. The hotel also needs to pay attention to the cleanliness. The floor in the entire room was dirty and felt like it had not been vacuumed or mopped before we arrived. Otherwise it was really lovely.
