Honestly, a gem of a hotel! Beautiful rooms, polite staff, brilliant location....what else do you need. The staff cleaned the rooms and changed the sheets daily. There was a mini bar in the bar which helped a lot in the night. The breakfast had many options and was delicious. The location is just amazing with so many bars, restaurants, and cafes just 5-10 mins away. The hotel was beautiful and made me feel special. All in all, I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend going for this hotel!

We just checked out of the Sercotel today. Absolutely loved it. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but once you enter the front doors it’s like stepping into another world. Front desk staff were professional and attentive. Beds were comfy. We had a first floor room with windows that opened onto an alley way - so no view. I worried that it would be noisy at night but we turned on our sound machine and didn’t hear a thing. Water pressure was excellent. Bathroom was clean and roomy. The only two issues: water pressure was really high and the shower head was hard to adjust so we got water everywhere. The other issue is that I would have liked it to be a little colder at night but the thermostat was at its lowest - the temp probably would have been fine for most people. They have a restaurant that only serves breakfast but we didn’t try treat.

The hotel was excellent, especially the service. I unfortunately got very sick when I arrived in Granada, and the hotel and staff members, Pedro and Sara, were a huge help. They were patient, kind, and easily accommodating when I needed to extend my stay, and very helpful when I needed items sent to my room. Pedro also gave me great instructions and information for when I needed to go to the hospital. I hope to visit Granada again, and I will definitely be staying here when I do.

Excellent location to access all main sights and a huge variety of restaurants. Friendly staff. Breakfast provides a varied buffet and was good. (Check your booking as we had booked double room including breakfast but on arrival we found you had to manually record 2 guests on the booking to pay for two breakfasts! We had to pay the addition of one person breakfast at the hotel)|The room was large and had the ability to open the window. We were there in March with temperatures rising to 19-20 degrees, yet the hotel retained the heating option only and no cooling control (apparently only switched on in Summer). This meant the room could get warm at night but as the customers at the restaurants nearby were very noisy we could not leave the window open. Fortunately we were there mid-week and so the noise abated by midnight. |Housekeeping was excellent and kept the room really clean.|Shower screen needs attention as the seal along the bottom was missing which meant quite a lot of water spilled onto the floor despite our best efforts to avoid doing so. |Lots of space for luggage, clothes, personal items. |USB charger point. |Kettle for tea and coffee.|Fridge |Bottled water complimentary |Would recommend overall

An incredible ambience in a great city ‚ a fantastic central location at a reasonable price. The room was perfectly large, the bathroom perfect and even with a window to ventilate, the breakfast had everything from hearty to sweet, from vegan to country-typical. The staff were all attentive, helpful and friendly, very exemplary. I can fully recommend this hotel.

This is the first sercotel 4 start that wr have staid in that actually meets the 4 star criteria. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect t. Very interesting navigating the tiny road to the carport.

Perfect hotel in the heart of Granada, Alhambra is easily walked in 25 mins. Pay extra for superior room, good view and in room facilities. Staff are great. The restaurant is lovely too. Couldn't fault it.
