My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable service, attention to detail, and the overall refined atmosphere. The hotel is perfectly located in Baiyun District, offering both convenience and accessibility. Everything I needed — from shopping to deliveries — was handled effortlessly. One of the most unique and impressive features was the in-house robot delivery system, which ensured a seamless, private, and elevated experience.Security and privacy are clearly a priority here, as only guests have access to the upper floors. This made me feel completely at ease throughout my stay. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, alone or with family, this hotel provides a calm and secure environment. The breakfast experience was thoughtfully curated, offering a variety of options that cater even to international tastes. My mother, who is not accustomed to strong Chinese flavors, truly enjoyed the selection, which was both delicate and delicious.During my 4-day stay, I found the hotel to be the perfect balance between productivity and relaxation. The on-site laundry facilities were incredibly convenient, especially for travelers on the move, and the fitness center added an extra touch of comfort and lifestyle.Overall, this hotel delivers a sophisticated, comfortable, and truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined and effortless travel experience ✨

This was one many hotels in town I found to be very well tailored to business/pleasure. The room was deaigned elegantly and smashing views from the room. Every details was done absolutely the best. The breakfast was a delight and staff was too quick to help out. Definitely staying here again and highly recommend it.

This is not a hotel, or a serviced apartment block. It is basically rented rooms with a bed, shower and toilet and that is all. There are no other services. 1. Noise I stayed at the Q-City Hotel In December and again on my return transit in January. First visit was 9th floor at the rear of the hotel. My previous review was positive, clean, room and toilet/shower. My return visit was in a front-facing 5th floor room. I couldn't sleep due to the noise outside until 05:00. People shouting and making noise all night. Front-facing rooms at lower levels, are a bad choice. Staff allocate them to first time "room-renters" 2 Fake Self-Catering Kitchen The rooms are fitted with a fake self-catering kitchen. The are no plates, no pots, or no cutlery in the room, so the kitchen is just a facade and serves no purpose at all. People are attracted to Q-city due to lower costs, however, understand that you are only paying for a bed, toilet and shower, the self-catering kitchen is a con. If you don't need to use a kitchen, this is a tower block with rooms and no services. The block is owned by White Swan Hotel. I will look elsewhere.

Our overall stay at the hotel was amazing. The housekeepers' services were immaculate. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The water pressure at the shower was powerful as well as a good temperature. The room was spacious and clean.

The frontdesk is very friendly and helpful. They always offer bottled water which are quite essential. The room are clean, spacious and organised. There is a large TV with many programs. The bed is soft and comfortable. The bathroom are spacious. The walking distance from hotel to nearest train took 15min. Staying here might need to call for cab for transportation for non-walker

The location is the main advantage – very convenient and central. However, the hotel overall feels quite worn out: the room was not very clean, furniture looked tired, and there was no hot water during my stay. Service staff were polite but did not speak English, which made communication difficult. Amenities are very basic, nothing special.Good option only if you care about location, but don’t expect high comfort or international-level service.
