Apart the wonderful location in the Centre of Honefleur, there is nothing else! No Air conditioning in the room; no mini bar. You have to keep the window open because it was very hot, but it was really noise. The personnel is not really empathic.

If you are going in summer make sure to book a room with air conditioning! I didn’t pay attention and booked standard. Luckily was able to upgrade the first night to a room with a/c. It was a really nice room. The second night we moved to a standard room as they were sold out of upgraded rooms. The standard rooms are a little “worn”. There wasn’t even a fan in the standard room to move air. Sleeping was difficult. The front desk staff are so nice and helpful. They stored our luggage when we arrived before rooms ready and had them delivered to our rooms later in the day. The breakfast is quite good - nice selection of breads, pastries, hot items, chees and meats. The location is absolutely perfect.

After a very unfortunate change in literary we finally settled on booking this hotel in a spur of the moment choice. Being from the United States with only rudimentary English there was some concern about if this was the right choice for us. It was. Opon arrival fairly late we were greeted with an exceptionally competent and courteous staff which quickly got our room sorted in what would be our home for the next 5 days. This hotel has an old school charm that is hard to find with some winding stairways and deep rich red walls. Entering the room we immediately loved the layout and also the wooden furnishings all around the room. I would recommend this place to lovers of old school charm, young couples, and people that want to disappear for a few days.

Okay so let start with location - yeah it’s good, in the center…(the last positive bit of feedback) Service - it’s hard to describe how poor the level of service was, minimal efforts all around - would have given half a star if I could.. in other Radissons I have stopped at the service is incredible, certainly training needed here…. Okay the room 1. I actually liked the decor, it fitted well with the surrounding area 2. Tv didn’t work, nor did the phone to ask about this to staff (we were outside of the hotel on a different site so was incredible Loud of a side street) 3. It was on a side street so bring headphones to drown out the sound 4. It’s summer, no air con, no fans, no fridge 5. Taps leaking onto the floor in the rooms 6. Dangerous hazards across the rooms, splintering doors, uneven flooring Overall forget this places is a hotel, it’s not….. so don’t picture it…, I would say this place is a pretty poor Airbnb at best. We have certainly been hustled and I want to save everyone else 300+ for this terrible establishment

Hotel looks charming on the outside but feels shabby on the inside. Rooms are furnished in a twee fashion with junk furniture and contain shabby carpets. All areas including the room smell strongly of air freshener which suggests a problem with damp or just uncleanliness. It was so strong that even with the windows open all day it still smelled of it. Staff weren’t interested and remarked that they liked the smell so that was that. They did offer a room swap but all the rooms smelled the same. It’s a shame. The place needs a lot of money spending on it to make the insider as glorious as the outside. However I must say that the room was pretty cheap so some might enjoy it especially if you have no sense of smell. The location in front of the cathedral cannot be beaten.

We had a room in the Annexe about 200m from the hotel. The room was a good size with dual aspect, a big bed, twin sinks and a good walk in shower. Located in a quiet side street meant very little noise. Only grumble was Breakfast @ €26pp. Both can eat in town for that. Parking is near the harbour so a bit of a trek to the annexe and means hills.

Rooms interestingly different. Location in the centre of town means you have to use their secure car park 100 metres away and walk back down to the hotel. On the day we stayed the breakfast was understaffed, so some waiting was required, perhaps someone called in sick. However overall it's a pleasant hotel and the staff are helpful. One tip...you can leave your (large) room key in the reception hook board when you go out...but don't...I returned to find mine had been moved to another hook by another guest, which caused some consternation. That tested my schoolboy French!

Very hard to find, misleading information about parking, no lift and very small rooms. This is an old building in the very middle of Honfleur, so once you have found it and you are in, very good for walking around the town. However, it advertises a car park and charges for it but fails to say it’s a very long walk to the hotel that is also up hill or steps so very difficult with luggage. When in the hotel there is no lift so further challenges with luggage. The room was very small, uneven floors and the smallest loo I have ever been in, had I been one size bigger I don to think it would have been possible. I know it’s an old building so one must expect some quirkiness but some of the issues were significant. Hopeless if you have any form of disability.
