A comfy and quiet hotel. The bed and shower are both comfortable. There is gym in the basement which is quite decent for a four star hotel quality. Very accessible to Kai Tak and Kwun tong area by bus, however it is not close to mtr station. Not much food nearby so food delivery is recommended. Megabox (mall) is less than 10 mins walk away though. Good for travellers on a tight budget and do not mind travelling by bus.

The most Lousy hotel i ever experience, after booking do not corporate to cancel due to unforseen circumstances. after staying for two night, no room service at all. Towel no change, even tooth brush doesn't provide additional set for second , third and forth night. If want second set, go down to buy. No even a bottle of water provided. worst of the world. No place to refill, need you to spend money to buy. All and all , bad experience for money paid. When asked, claim is HK law so no room service until only the third day, no need change towel ( and blame the mysterious button in room) , cannot provide water, cannot provide second day 's tooth brush although we pay full amout for four night. Want you to pay $$$ for everything.

We stayed at the Camlux prior to our cruise. We really liked this hotel. It is not your typical high rise Hong Kong Hotel. I think it is only 6 stories. It was great for a couple of nights. Enjoyed breakfast in the cafe, beds were comfortable, staff were pleasant and helpful. |Whilst the MTR was not right next door it was only a short walk. We caught the bus to the cruise terminal. Which was easy even with luggage. The area used to be an industrial area. The bus station is across the road but we did not have any issues with noise. Would stay here again.

Such a great find in Kowloon Bay area. Everything was great. Booked over chinese new year and still got a great price. Staff was friendly, helpful and rooms were vlean in good condition with personal amenities, fridge, and kettle. Even brought us a space heater since we mentioned it was a little cildnin the room. Shower was a good size with great water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Only downside is it is situated between 2 metro stops so either way it's about a 15-20 minute walk for metro. Rooms were quiet from the outside environment. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location if you are working in the area. Come night, it’s very quiet. If you like to run or hike it’s a good area other than that not much to do. Hotel amenities definitely need an upgrade, but the room sizes are very large (unique for HK).

generally the location is not so good , walking distance about 1.5 km from the closest metro station passing trough very complex overpass or underpass quite easy to get lost . it is located in an industrial area with a lot of bus parkings and car shops , literally there is nothing around except a coffee shop located in the ground flor of the hotel .Cleaning service is OK but the furniture looks old and get typical smell of old when enter in the room .Shortly speaking : Not recommended !

The staffs are professional, friendly. Rooms are clean, with dehumidifier, air purifier, in-room safe, small refrigerator. It deserves more stars than it has right now. The vibe are also unique, modified from a decades-old factory.
