The first time around we had issues with the lights in our guest room, the second time we had issues with the TV on the wall falling off and judging from the back of the wall, it looked like Swiss Cheese meaning the TV might have fallen off the wall multiple times and this was not the fist time. We do want to give Major credit to the staff who was Super Responsive in resolving these issues both the first time and the second time but the point was this should not have happened in the first time if this hotel was properly maintained. Hoping IF and when we do decide to stay at this hotel ever again in the future that we issues are fully resolved which again requires some Major renovations to give the guest a less stressful and wonderful experience.

Room: clean, modern, comfortable, good AC, spacious by HK standards. Daily room service. Free water. Atmosphere: very thoughtfully designed. Known by locals. There’s music multiple nights a week but when I went it wasn’t a dancing vibe. Staff were courteous. Nice gym and pool. Food hall and daily buffets are cool too. Location: close to temple market, 30 minutes to the party areas (like Peel Street). 5 minutes to metro. Overall: at about $100 a night, I’d return here without hesitation when I come to HK. I usually go to hostels but this was definitely worth the premium.

We had a great experience staying at Eaton. The room had nice decor and plenty of storage space. Breakfast was delicious, highly recommend specially on the weekend. The service was great, our room was always made up when we got back which was much appreciated specially in such a big hotel. Location was incredible, so many things nearby and a great neighborhood for walking and exploring.

Had a great stay at Eaton HK. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, with Temple Street Night Market just a short walk away and many local eateries nearby. It is also convenient for exploring Kowloon. Overall, a pleasant and value-for-money stay in Hong Kong.

On our way to the airport, my husband realised that his hp was not with him. Though desperate we had to continue our ride. On arriving at the airport we were directed to a spot where we could make free local calls. The hotel receptionist was so helpful and emphatised with me. She checked with housekeeping and confirmed that the hp was indeed left in room 1329. I enquired if they could help courier it to Singapore. They did! The hp arrived on 5/6. Wow! What great service! The chamber maids were also very friendly, polite and efficient. If I make another trip to HK again, I would definitely choose to stay in Eaton Hotel again. The location is just great, near Nathan Road, where there are many shops and cha chang tengs. Kudos, and blessings to all in Eaton Hotel.

Great hotel and great location. A21 bus drop off with luggage was the best option. My room was nice, clean and cozy. The bathroom is great. Everything is modern and the bedding and sheets were comfortable. I traveled solo so the room was big enough for me. Might be tight with 2 people.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eaton HK. The location was one of the best parts — super convenient with easy access to transport, shopping, restaurants, and nearby attractions, making it very easy to explore Hong Kong.The room had a really cool modern vibe and felt stylish, comfortable, and well-designed. Everything was clean and thoughtfully set up, which made the stay feel even more enjoyable.One thing we especially appreciated was that they were one of the few hotels that provided baby cribs, which made travelling much easier and more comfortable for families. The staff were accommodating and helpful throughout our stay, and overall the hotel had a really welcoming atmosphere.We’d definitely stay here again on a future trip to Hong Kong.

Good location, right next to a bus stop from airport makes it so easy for a new comer to find the hotel. The corner plot gives view of the all the building on three sides, the cleaning is good. Room is well designed to accommodate all needs of living. The breakfast menu is good but has limited options for vegetarians. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. It was a memorable stay.

You can eat well without leaving Eaton HK. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, plus the Eaton Food Hall with ten international vendors, including Thai Fûhn, Katsuo Udon, and Wing's Grilled Chicken. For a sit-down meal, Yat Tung Heen serves Cantonese dishes and dim sum, while The Astor offers all-day international dining. Terrible Baby is the rooftop bar for cocktails and bar snacks. Temple Street Night Market, a 3-minute walk away, is a great spot for local street food.
