Extremely disappointed with the service of the hotel. I booked this hotel though my work program, which apparently uses a 3rd party service, such as Expedia. The room was reserved as: "Room Type: Family Room Details: 291 Sq Ft Sleeps 4 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bunk Bed" However, for some reason the reservation only got booked for 2 guests. I can understand the system error did not leave the hotel prepared and bunk beds were not set up. Fully acknowledge the system and process error. But we were willing to accept the room and have 1 sleep on the sofa, as is, and 3 share the bed. They said that was not allowable and required us to book another room. We did so. But the sofa was large enough for an adult to sleep on. And that should have been our choice. If you say it was against policy, your staff allowed our children to be in separate room on their own, which they also acknowledged was against policy. So apparently, it's ok for the hotel to bend the rules when it makes them money.

I had such a great experience here, it was perfect for my trip as a solo traveller. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and had everything I needed. I wish I was staying in Innsbruck longer so I could enjoy the comfort of this room more. Staff were lovely and very helpful, check-in and check out was a very easy process. Would highly reccomend!

This was a clean quiet location with nice rooms and quality beds. The staff was wonderful and very helpful answering all our questions, and helping us to get to various locations we wanted to visit. We had a room overlooking the mountains and it was wonderful to wake up and look at the snow covered mountains each morning. I'd be happy to stay there again. A+++

*Reading the reviews prior of booking, one comment sticks in my mind was this hotel is a scam. First, I don’t believe as could be different experience. Also some says, staff are nice and friendly but there are also rude staffs.*I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so. Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background. The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling. Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast. Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time. Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.

Everything was great. Online check in. The rooms were cleaned and comfortable. You get all the info in advance when it comes to parking and other things. I was hoping I would meet the famous lady yelling at the guests (from the reviews), but unfortunately she was not there :) Everyone I came across was friendly and helpful.

Very nice rooms, clean and tidy, easy acces from highway but very poor service. Young people without knowledge. They make a lot of mistakes and do not pay attention to what customers ask. Next time I will choose other hotel.

I had a lovely stay at Binders. The hotel is brilliantly located for skiing and also town site seeing. My room was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and polite. My only reason for the 4/5 was the duvet on the bed was not large enough (it seemed it was for a single bed when I had a double) and the breakfast was a tad limited, but overall I would definitely recommend this place and consider staying here again.

This is such a cheesy hotel. They want it to see rustic, but then have digital images of animals in clothes everywhere, sawdust in the halls to make it smell like a farm, and the worst bathroom door design possible (see photo with heart-shapes hole in the door). Overpriced for this nonsense.
