My family spent two nights here, and everyone was very satisfied with the service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including gluten-free bread and muffins, which is a big plus for guests with celiac disease. The room was clean and very spacious, even with a dog! All the servers and receptionists were incredibly kind and friendly.

Two night stay for us, breakfast was great, unlimited and continually refilled, saw plenty of yoghurt, staff helpful, don't pay extra for eggs or juice. Beds comfortable. I don't speak any German but had no problems.Everyone very kind Heard multiple languages spoken Location unbeatable. Yes hotel wifi is weak in certain areas, but who doesn't have their own these days?

Our family of 5 adults and two children spent 3 nights at this wonderful property located in Fulpmes Austria. The staff was friendly, helpful and made our stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and the property was well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend this property. The surrounding area is breathtaking with all the views. The half board was also excellent as well as the breakfast.

We decided to stop for some refreshments at the hotel. The hotel is so beautiful, well maintained, clean and the stuff super friendly. Special thanks for Peter for showing us around, and his recommendation for things to do around the area. Without his guidance we would never got to know about the waterfalls near the hotel let alone visit it!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! It is the most family friendly hotel we've ever been! They have many high chairs in the restaurant, they have two pools, and a huge indoor area for the kids to play! They also have many things for the parents and adults to have some hangout alone time such as a very nice lounge area to have a drink, board games and even a pool table. Also, the food of the restaurant is amazing and the staff is very friendly! We loved it and we will definitely comeback!

The hotel is very nice, comfortable room and super friendly service. The location is perfect for skiing, shuttle bus will take you directly to the lift Schlick 2000. Some nice amenities too

We discovered this hotel by accident, and it turned out to be fantastic — it exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three adults and two dogs. I highly recommend opting for the dinner package — the additional cost is more than worth it, as the meals were both delicious and satisfying. We were allowed to dine indoors with our dogs, although in a separate area which, as I understood, usually serves as the bar. It was cozy and, I would even say, intimate. The garage parking is quite narrow, and if you have a roof box, it’s not possible to enter. There is a spa with, I believe, four different saunas and a good swimming pool. A great added value is that the hotel provides a Stubai Region Card, which includes free access to cable cars to the Tyrolean peaks and other attractions. There are also swimming pools included, though we didn’t use them. If we ever happen to be in this area again, we will definitely stay here. The additional charge for a dog was, I believe, €15

Edit: The wifi breaks down every 8 minutes. It's unbearable. I have to unfortunately say it is just okay. The food and the cake they had was actually very well than what I have experienced with the hotels in the area. Also the breakfast, little did I know that there is a secret breakfast menu where you can order special items. I was not informed about this. It should have been a menu on the table, but there was none... Only one pillow is also not worthy of a 4 star hotel. However, the Wi-Fi is very weak. It would be better if they would add more routers throughout the building. Plus when I was there the showers in the center one of them could only be hot, one of them could only be cold, and one of them couldn't turn off. So I would be great if they would send the plumber to fix it. Plus, I would recommend to remove any breakable objects from the bathroom, because once they fell on the floor you have a lot of shards that are dangerous. Also the feedback paper, doesn't ask what could be improved, just checking how satisfied you are. It seems like a pretent-to-care procedure... Overall I would recommend it.
