Lovely hotel in a great central location! The property is cozy and spotlessly clean, and the rooftop terrace is a wonderful place to relax with great views. Breakfast was delicious, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful providing excellent recommendations and assistance. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!

Yunus was amazing! We became in contact on WhatsApp shortly after I had made my reservation. I was able to ask questions before I even left home and that was super helpful. He reserved parking for me and when I arrived late from the airport he helped me with everything to get settled in. The next morning Yunus showed me a map of the city in very explicit terms for the time I had to make the most of my time in the city. He arranged for different tours and a wonderful hammam experience. I am picky about beds and cleanliness and this hotel was outstanding. The beds were firm and clean and the bathroom was clean as well. The whole staff is friendly and smiling and helpful. I was able to get very good connection and communication and everyone made time for me to ask questions or help me find something. I am sad to have to leave Istanbul but luckily I have a last night with my new friends at Katelya Hotel!! It was the highlight of my trip staying here and meeting everyone there. Also the breakfast is amazing! Truly the best part of my trip was staying at this hotel.

Great location, very close to the main attractions, like: The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Cistern Basilica, Gülhane Park, Galata Bridge, Galata Tower etc. The tram station is close to. And not far at all from Eminönü. The atmosphere was very nice, very clean and nice smell, quiet rooms (it also depends on what’s happening in the street, but during our stay was all good) |Diversified breakfast, clean breakfast area with cats outside the window looking at you while cutting the bread haha|The staff is very friendly and welcoming and also helpful. You receive all the information that you need and also recommendations about local restaurants or other places to go, for instance. Almost forgot: the terrace is incredible, the view breathtaking. Katelya is a beautiful hotel. I found the property to be very cute, cozy, and meticulously clean. I especially enjoyed the great rooftop patio. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff in the kitchen were both nice and caring. I would also like to specifically commend Yasin at the reception. He was incredibly helpful, providing excellent guidance on local sights and restaurant recommendations. We followed all of his suggestions and were very pleased with the experiences. Great central location.

The hotel is very clean, beautiful rooftop with comfortable lounge chairs and view. Very conveniently located with in minutes of blue mosque and Hammams. Breakfast is plentiful, delicious and fresh.. Malik’s team is amazing, happy to help with anything, including reliable transport. We will recommend for sure and stay again when we come back.

Our stay at Katelya Hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. What really made the difference was the amazing staff — always smiling, kind, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their helpful tips and genuine hospitality made our trip to Istanbul even more special. Thank you for everything! We will gladly come back again.

We had 4 amazing nights with this beautiful hotel. Location is great everywhere important walking distance 10min. Max. Very clean , quite area. They cleaned the room and changed linens everyday. Breakfast was so fulfilling. But most importantly customer service was superb. Special thanks to Yasin, Yunus and Malik. We will recommend and come back again ❤️🙏

The recepcionist was the best host ever! He hs given us the best tips to we have a very nice experience around the city. We recieved a map with a bunch of tips, locations and names of places, banks, prices that the recepcionist was writing and explaining about every point we would like to visit. The hotel breakfast was very nice and super delicious with tipical foods, local cheeses and so on.
