I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I felt comfortable and well taken care of.The amenities were good, and overall the experience was very pleasant. Everything was handled smoothly, and I truly appreciate the effort of the team.

The hotel was booked on our behalf so we were pleasantly surprised to be given a huge 3 bedroom suite on the 6th floor at the rear of the hotel. It was very spacious with one double with en-suite and two single bedrooms with bathrooms across the hall. It had a kitchen and spacious lounge area. Check in was simple and all staff we came in contact with were friendly. We didnt take any food to our room so were not challenged about this but if we had been challenged I find it unlikely the hotel staff would win that arguement as we had a fully fitted kitchen in the room. The hotel was clean and tidy. The breakfast was ok and we didnt really care about the location as we had business close but the airport and central Istanbul were some distance away. The wifi in the room wasn't perfect but it worked most of the time so no complaints. There is a very large shopping mall across the road and many restaurants and bars 100m away.

I arrived to Days Inn Wyndham hotel ISTANBUL TURKEY.. The entire staff from reception. Spa and Gym and My fav place the Hospitable staff at the "Terrace Days Restaurant" Heads up to the Chef and Two waiters that served and accomodated my daughter and I. My experience was wonderful, the massage was the icing on the cake. And we are a 2 minute walk to restaurants, cages, shopping mall and various markets, convenient stores. I would rebook and visit this hotel again. Everything is Top notch.. Definitely will recommend you to everyone.. To The staff of Days Inn Wyndham Istanbul, Turkey "Çok teşekkür ederim, Allah sizden razı olsun"

This is my second time staying at Nidya Hotel, and I am just as impressed as I was during my first visit. A special shout-out to Ahmet at the reception desk for his outstanding service. He is incredibly friendly, highly professional, and always eager to help with a warm, welcoming attitude. His dedication truly elevates the guest experience. Thank you, Ahmet and the Nidya team, for making my stay so comfortable. Highly recommended!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team of the restaurant at the Nidya Hotel. The service is at a high level, and the interior is modern and well-arranged. I am impressed by Abdulah, who showed an excellent level of English, fast service, and high professionalism in his work. I highly recommend the Nidya Hotel Istanbul, its restaurant and all activities there.

My stay at Nidya Hotel Esenyurt was disappointing mainly because of the terrible service. The so called “VIP Van” for 80 euros was a complete joke. The vehicle was stuffy, old and partly dusty. The ride itself was nothing special and had absolutely nothing to do with “VIP”. In the end we were simply dropped off across the street without any help or service at all. An Uber Van would have been cheaper and would have done exactly the same thing. Not even during check in did anyone ask how the trip was or whether we were satisfied. For this price you definitely expect something completely different. Check in itself was okay. My girlfriend only helped me during check because she speaks Turkish and the staff could not speak proper English. She wasn't sleeping in the hotel with me because she was spending her nights with her family. With explicit permission she was allowed to briefly come up to the room with me to help me bring up the luggage and quickly see the room. After roughly 5 minutes we both left again to go eat something. Despite that I was later bothered by hotel staff and accused of her still being upstairs even though that was not true. They even called me and insisted that she was apparently still in the room. I clearly told them that she had already left a long time ago and that they were free to come upstairs and check for themselves. Instead of handling the situation professionally they continued accusing me and then suddenly wanted to charge me an extra 25 euros. Completely disrespectful and unnecessary. Mr. Hafezi especially stood out in a negative way. His behavior was arrogant, unfriendly and disrespectful. For someone apparently working in a leading position in the lobby his way of treating guests was simply embarrassing. Instead of calming the situation down he made it unnecessarily aggressive and uncomfortable. The drama continued during check out. I was suddenly accused of drinking a Fanta from the minibar. Apparently it was supposed to cost 170 TL but they demanded 200 TL from me instead. Completely unprofessional and confusing. I just wanted to check out and leave without constantly being confronted with random accusations. The room itself was quiet, nicely designed and had a balcony with a nice view. The only negative thing there were the cigarette butts left lying around on the balcony. The location of the hotel is good and I also liked the interior design. But the service is absolutely not worthy of a 4 star hotel. It is a shame because the hotel has potential but if guests are treated like this then even a nice room means nothing.

Great hotel , a bit old model , but the hotel is nice and it has a very strategic location, in front of it there is akbati mall , and the service is good , in general a great hotel

The hotel is old and poorly maintained, and needs renovation. • The duvet cover is smaller than the duvet itself, and both are smaller than the mattress, which is uncomfortable. • The fridge is broken and doesn’t cool properly. • The furniture (door, closet, bathroom fixtures) is damaged and has not been replaced. • There are calcium deposits in the bathroom heater, causing bad smells and attracting insects. • There is no soundproofing, so noise easily comes through the walls. • The daily housekeeping service only empties the trash bins but does not make the bed or clean the floors. I’ve attached photos to show the issues. I hope the hotel management pays more attention to maintenance and guest comfort in the future.
