Our stay at Point Hotel Barabos was truly relaxing. We stayed in a spacious room on the 7th floor, which offered a beautiful view and all the amenities we needed. The room came equipped with a safe, mini bar, and complimentary items like shaving and dental kits, soaps, lotions, a sewing kit, a mini shoehorn, slippers, and bottled water. Breakfast was included, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were attentive and served Turkish tea as soon as we were seated, which was a nice touch. The hotel also offers great amenities, including a sauna and swimming pool. For dining, there's a pizza restaurant in the lobby, or you can opt for convenient room service. Transport links are excellent, with the metro station just a short walk away. The Zorlu Centre is also nearby for shopping and entertainment. Getting to the hotel by taxi takes around 40 minutes, though the metro is quicker and more affordable. Airport transfers are available, providing flexible travel options depending on your needs.

Hello,In my opinion, the hotel was good. It was clean and well-organized, and the hotel staff were polite. The hotel itself was clean, and it was located in a quiet area. Overall, it was a good experience.

5min walk from m11 metro station (if you find the correct exit). The room is a bit damp. Took the front desk 5 min to find my reservation and not really friendly. Checkout is better though. Restaurant located at 18th floor with a splendid view of the city, strait and the bridge, especially at night. 10min by bus you can find yourself by the strait.

We love this hotel. It is beautiful and we'll managed. Excellent service. The breakfast buffet is the best I have experienced. Excellent location. There is so much to do in January st the hotel alone (spa, gym, pool, game area).

Worst hotel experience in my life. This is NOT a 5 star hotel by any means. Staff is unhelpful and distant. They promise things they won’t fulfill and won’t even try. Everything has a hidden cost (I paid 55 euros for washing 8 pairs of socks. Unbelievable). The rooms smell like tobacco at random times meaning someone is smoking nearby inside the hotel. You can hear everything during the night from other rooms. The breakfast is HORRENDOUS and will give you indigestion. Design is incredibly outdated and the hotel itself too: the telephone makes noises in the night which interrupt sleep, and the privacy button will stop working randomly making noise in the night too. Shampoo and soap are terrible. You will have to ask 3 times for everything. The cherry on top? You will feel like you are in a hospital and not a hotel. There are doctors wandering around and (with all due respect to them) people wandering around the breakfast area with bags full of blood hanging from their clothes or bloody scalps. Bon appetite!

We enjoyed our stay at Point Hotel. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view, which made it a relaxing base during our trip, which was for a medical procedure. The reception staff in general were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. Room service required 2-3 calls but eventually got us everything we needed. They never said no to anything we requested which was really nice. What really made the experience special was the staff, especially Naciye from housekeeping. She was always sweet and smiling, with a very positive presence and warm charisma that brightened our days. She took great care of our room and consistently went above and beyond what is normally expected, which made us feel truly looked after. Another person we want to praise is Sadık at reception. During a sudden allergy emergency my husband had, he remained calm and handled everything very professionally. He gave us the right medication, arranged an urgent taxi to the ER, and even communicated with the nurses to make sure we were taken care of, which helped us get through a very scary situation more smoothly. We would happily return to Point Hotel and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean hotel with a nice view and a truly caring team.

This is my second time staying there and I will be coming back.We arrived early and Esra was very helpful and check us in. During the check out Esra, Tufan, and Sadik made it very smooth. I highly recommend this hotel.
