This is not 5 but 4 star hotel as I was told at reception.|We spent awful night here (family of 4).|Be careful and never stay here. At check-in we were given a room at the second floor with NO ANY sound isolation from the street. The street was full of music, shouts, bars, talks, songs. It was not possible to sleep at all! When at midnight we asked to change the room, we were provided another room on the 7th floor. This room had misfunctioned air conditioning. Until 4 am (!!!) technical staff tried to fix it. We were all sweat. Impossible to sleep. Temperature 28 degrees inside the room!!! At 4 am we had to return to the room on the second floor (another alternatives were not provided). Moreover, the hotel did not allow us to keep our belongings at 7th floor until morning. So we with children had to pack everything at night to relocate! The room was the same noisy. We could hear any conversation on the street and could not sleep normal. It was a terrific night!|The staff at the reception was indifferent to our problems. Its first reply was always: "I can not do anything".

The first room was a big NO—the door opened directly into the bathroom, which was also the access to the rest of the room. After complaining, I was given a slightly better room. Breakfast was extremely crowded, with not enough tables for all guests. Some guests were taking food away in boxes or piling huge amounts on their plates and leaving half untouched, with no staff addressing it. Another inconvenience is that taxis cannot reach the hotel entrance, so you have to drag your luggage from the street corner to the lobby. Overall, this hotel is rated 4 stars, but in my opinion, it barely deserves 3. Definitely not the standard I expected

Amazing stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. The location is excellent, with easy access to the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool and the beautiful city views. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I would like to share my honest feedback following my recent stay. My experience was a mix of excellent service and some areas that definitely need improvement. ​The Highlights (Staff & Service): The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. I would like to give a very special thanks to Mrs. Zahra from the housekeeping team. She is a wonderful person, extremely hardworking, and her kind attitude made my stay much more pleasant. Thank you, Zahra! ​Points for Improvement: ​Indoor Pool & Privacy: I was hoping for a booking system for the indoor pool to allow for private sessions. Having the option to reserve a private time slot would be a fantastic addition for guests seeking more privacy. ​Room Maintenance: The bed was not very comfortable. Also, I noticed very visible humidity and mold spots in the corners between the window and the wardrobe, as well as some spots above the TV. These issues need urgent attention to maintain the room's quality and hygiene. ​Breakfast: The breakfast was okay, but it was missing fresh orange juice. Adding fresh natural juices would be a great improvement. ​I’m sharing these notes because the staff is doing an amazing job, and I believe the hotel could be much better if these details are addressed. Thank you for the hospitality!

This hotel is in a great spot and easy to access local sights. Breakfast was good and beds super comfortable. However the hotel is very dated. TV didn’t work, shower head broken. It’s fine for a night or two but I would not return for longer.

I booked a Standard Double Room, but when we entered the room, we were very disappointed. The room was extremely small, and although the description said it had a city view, the only view was the wall of the neighboring building. The floor was covered with hair, and the bed was very uncomfortable because it was made of two single mattresses pushed together, leaving a gap in the middle. The next day, we asked to change rooms and were moved to a room on the 7th floor. This room had a jacuzzi, but there was no curtain or partition, and the shower was located inside the room. Every time we took a shower, the entire floor and our belongings became wet. Unfortunately, this room was also not clean—the floor had hair on it, and the pillowcases were old and worn out. Later that day, my fiancée and I went out, and it started raining. When we returned, we found that our room was locked. We were then informed that rainwater had leaked through the ceiling, soaking our belongings. Without informing us, the hotel staff had entered our room, removed the mattresses, and placed a bucket on the bed to collect the water dripping from the ceiling. As a result, we had to change rooms once again. Another issue was that most of the hotel staff could not communicate in English, which made it very difficult to explain problems and resolve issues. Finally, due to an unexpected situation, we had to change our flights and leave earlier than planned. I asked the hotel to show some flexibility by canceling our last two nights and refunding that portion of the booking. Despite everything that had happened during our stay, they refused. I expected them to understand our situation and offer some goodwill, but unfortunately, they did not. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the poor cleanliness, misleading room description, uncomfortable beds, water leaking from the ceiling, multiple room changes, communication difficulties, and lack of customer service, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Formal Complaint Regarding Hotel Staff, CCTV Footage, and Stolen Property I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding a very disappointing and concerning experience at your hotel. My brother lost his headphones while staying at the hotel, and we have strong reason to believe that they were taken by someone. We immediately contacted the hotel staff and asked for their assistance, particularly regarding the CCTV cameras located in the corridors on the hotel floors. However, instead of making any genuine effort to help us, the hotel staff told us that the CCTV cameras in the corridors were not working. We find this explanation extremely concerning, especially given the circumstances. We were not provided with any evidence or further explanation, and the staff showed absolutely no willingness to investigate the situation or assist us in determining what had happened to the missing property. What is even more frustrating is that we felt the hotel was deliberately withholding information from us and avoiding any responsibility. Rather than checking the available footage, informing us whether the cameras were operational, or taking any reasonable steps to help, the staff simply dismissed our concerns. We expect a hotel to take the safety and security of its guests and their belongings seriously. The complete lack of assistance we received was unacceptable. If CCTV footage was available, we believe the hotel should have properly addressed our request and explained clearly what could or could not be disclosed. If the cameras were genuinely not functioning, we expect a transparent explanation as to why, including whether there were any known technical issues at the time. We are extremely disappointed by the way this situation was handled. Losing personal property is already upsetting, but being refused assistance and being given what appears to be misleading information by hotel staff made the situation significantly worse. I therefore request that the hotel investigate this matter properly and provide us with a clear and honest explanation regarding the status of the CCTV cameras at the relevant time, as well as why no meaningful assistance was offered to us. I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and that the hotel will respond transparently and professionally. Kind regards, Vlad
