We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, but what really made our stay special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. A very special thank you to Gulbeyaz P., our room attendant today, who took excellent care of our room. Her attention to detail and dedication were truly appreciated. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged. We would also like to thank the breakfast staff for their excellent service every morning. They were always welcoming, attentive, and friendly, and made breakfast a very pleasant way to start our day. The hospitality we experienced throughout our stay made us feel genuinely welcome. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of us during our time in Istanbul. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, quiet, and located in a very convenient area with easy access to the metro and bus stations, making it simple to get around the city.|The breakfast is basic and does not offer a huge variety, but everything was fresh and tasty.|The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist. The hotel’s interior design and decor are beautiful, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property.|The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.|Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A very nice hotel in a convenient location. It takes about two minutes to get to the underground from there. The room has got a very large bed and it’s very quiet in there. Though the furniture is not brand new, it doesn’t affect the experience of staying in the hotel. We got complimentary tea, coffee and water and they were refilled daily. Room service came regularly. We enjoyed the breakfast, sauna and the swimming pool with salty water. There’s also a luggage room so our bags were kept there on our last day in the city.

I have stayed in many beautiful hotels around the world, including luxury five-star beach resorts, but this was honestly the best hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. I was kindly given an early check-in, my bags were looked after, and was given a beautiful room that exceeded expectations.|What made this hotel truly special was not just the facilities, it was the people.|A special thank you to Ayse from housekeeping, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, and the room was always spotless, fresh, and prepared with such care. The housekeeping throughout our stay was exceptional.|The pool area and spa were fantastic, and the spa staff were so warm and friendly. The front desk team were consistently helpful and kind, and even the security staff were welcoming and pleasant.|The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at any hotel. During our stay it was my birthday, and the staff acknowledged it and treated me with such kindness that it genuinely made the day feel special.|I can honestly say that I left this hotel feeling emotional and happy because of the people who work there. That is what makes this place exceptional. Many hotels have nice rooms; very few have a team that makes guests feel truly cared for.|The location is also perfect. The hotel is directly opposite Osmanbey metro station, making it easy to reach almost anywhere in Istanbul. One of the city’s loveliest parks is only a short walk away, there are restaurants and cafés all around the hotel, shopping malls nearby, and it is very convenient for airport travel and exploring different parts of the city.|Thank you to the team for creating such a memorable stay. I will return without hesitation, and I will remember this hotel with great affection for a long time.|10/10 – absolutely outstanding!

The hotel’s location and cleanliness were very good. However, the housekeeping staff did not change the bed sheets during my stay, and the rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly.The sound insulation between rooms is not very good, and you can easily hear noise from neighboring rooms.Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there is definitely room for improvement in housekeeping and soundproofing.

We had a pleasant stay at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Istanbul overall. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location in Nişantaşı, which was incredibly convenient. Being within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and cafés made our stay much more enjoyable and allowed us to explore the area with ease. The staff were amazing: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the rooms felt a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as they did not always feel as fresh and well-maintained as expected. That being said, the excellent location and welcoming service made for a very enjoyable stay. With some updates to the rooms and greater attention to housekeeping, this hotel could easily earn 5 stars.

A hotel we will definitely return to during every one of our trips to Istanbul. The location is incredibly convenient: Osmanbey metro station is just a few steps away, there is a McDonald's to the right of the entrance, a street with various restaurants and cafes to the left, and a shopping mall is a 20-minute walk straight ahead. The cleanliness in the hotel is at the highest level. Every single detail has been thought out for the comfort of the guests. There is excellent soundproofing from the noise of Istanbul for a good night's sleep and rest. The entire staff is very friendly, responsive, attentive, and works incredibly efficiently. We were very satisfied with the breakfast: high-quality food, and we could easily find dishes to our taste. During breakfast, we noticed a very sweet detail: the hotel team sincerely wishes guests a happy birthday! We also made use of the spa center and gym. The steam room and sauna are perfect for relieving fatigue after the journey. There is also a wonderful rooftop pool and fitness center. When we visit Istanbul again, we will only stay here.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel struck a balance I rarely find in a busy metropolis: the energy of Istanbul right at your doorstep, and genuine tranquility the second you step inside. The placement is hard to beat. The hotel sits directly across from Osmanbey metro station. Rooms come equipped with Smart TV and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. The room was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed to unwind after a long day. One of the most pleasant surprises. Despite being in the heart of the city, the quiet environment ensured a restful night’s sleep. The staff deserve a special mention — professional, warm, and genuinely attentive to detail. This is a hotel that has clearly earned its reputation, and I would return without hesitation.
