We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. Initially, we were given a room where the air conditioner was not working properly. However, when we contacted the front desk and asked them to resolve the issue, they immediately moved us to another room, and the problem was solved right away. We really appreciate their prompt response. The breakfasts were delicious, the hotel staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming, and the food in the lobby restaurant was also excellent. The only suggestion I would make is to install drinking water dispensers. The hotel provides only two 500 ml bottles of water per room each day, which is simply not enough, especially during the summer. Other than that, you are doing a fantastic job. The next time I come back to the clinic, I will be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Great experience. We brought an international delegation to WOW Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center, and the staff were exceptional from beginning to end. One of our guests forgot their passport, and thanks to the team’s incredible care, speed, and professionalism, it was found and delivered to a taxi just in time to reach the airport. That kind of service is not ordinary. It requires real attention, kindness, and ownership. The breakfast was also excellent, and every staff member we interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely kind beyond words. A huge thank you to the WOW Istanbul team. You made a stressful moment manageable and left a truly positive impression on our entire delegation.

We stayed at WOW Hotel Istanbul for the second time, from January 13 to January 18, while attending the ATRAX trade fair, and once again the experience was absolutely excellent. The hotel’s location is simply perfect: directly next to the Istanbul Exhibition Center, easily accessible via the highway, very close to the airport, and still well connected to the city center. Additionally, several medical clinics are located in the immediate vicinity, which makes the hotel even more practical for business travelers. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Many of them have been working here for nearly 20 years, and it shows in the professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality they provide. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. A special compliment goes to the hotel manager, who welcomes guests like a true host and ensures that everything is perfectly taken care of. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The indoor swimming pool and the stunning wellness center on the top floor are real highlights, offering breathtaking views over Istanbul and a wonderful place to relax after a busy day. The restaurant deserves high praise as well. The menu offers a great selection of delicious Turkish and international dishes, all freshly prepared and of excellent quality. A big compliment to the management and the entire staff of this hotel. Staying here truly feels like coming home.|See you soon, my friends. Ad.

I was staying in this hotel with my colleague for exhibition which is hosted in the building nearby (less than 2 minutes walk) with good choices of restaurants.Issues:1. My room was clean but my colleague found cockroach in his...2. The AC unit did not work properly, weather was hot (20+C) and AC was blowing hot air! They could not fix it so we went 3 nights without AC which affected our sleep significantly! 3. Due to the issue with AC, we had to open windows all the time, which was noisy and we had mosquitoes got in the room at night, made it even worse for sleeping.I'd not recommend staying in this hotel during periods of year that are hot.

My husband and I were sent by Turkish Airline to this Hotel to spend the night as we missed our connecting flight to Edinburgh from Mumbai on the 3rd of August 2026. We were served dinner by a staff, dry rice and dry beef. It was the most distasteful, inspid and cringe worthy food that I could have ever been served. It was not fit for dogs. I could not go through it. The dessert was high on sugar which was difficult to swallow. And to add to our woes the glass and plate were smelling of rotten eggs. The meal was not fit for a dog. I have seen residents in Istanbul treating the stray cats better. I brought to the notice of the Manager. The vegetarians were served peppers and rice. How can you treat transit messengers like crap. Aren't you being paid by Turkish Airlines for putting us up. Do they know, this is how you treat transit passengers in your hotel. You know we will never come back but we can sure let your Management know how you treat human beings. I am going to write to the Airline. Maybe, nothing will come off it but surely you have to answer Allah.

We stayed at this hotel because it was suggested to us by the exhibition organizers via email with a discount code for the exhibition ,Given this clearly corporate context, it was reasonable and expected that the stay would be treated as a business booking and invoiced under the company name. We explicitly requested a company-issued invoice almost two weeks before the reservation and reiterated this again at check-in. At check-in, we were informed by staff that this would be handled at check-out. Check-out was rushed due to a scheduled departure with a chauffeur, and the front desk was busy. As a result, the invoice was issued under my personal name, despite the prior requests. The hotel later refused to correct the issue, citing a 14-day legal limitation, even though the request had been clearly communicated in advance and the booking was made directly with the hotel, not through a third-party platform. From a location perspective, there is little around the hotel beyond the exhibition venue itself. Had we stayed elsewhere, the location would have been far more convenient, with better access to services and activities after exhibition hours. Based on both the administrative handling and the location, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

We were there for a shot time, only 2 days, it's near exhibition place and near the metro station, the staff were so welcoming and friendly people and the front desk manager Mr Aslan was a great person and Miss Helia and Mr Yakub were the other staffs who helped us so much and gave us so useful recommandation to better visits.

A lovely experience both time Ive stayed at this place. The best part is the location amd access to public transport. As for thr staff, everyone from the reception to the bellboys, are friendly and very service oriented. Elif and Ihsan made my 5 days stays very comfortable as I had to change rooms and they made sure the process was hassle free.
