I stayed at the hotel with my extended family (kids and parents) for three nights. I have given two stars rating primarily because of the poor service of hotel's front desk including their manager and area surrounding the hotel. Pros: 1. Location is not too far away from the main attractions. You can easily take a taxi. However, keep in mind that there is not much in the walking distance including food, etc. 2. Place is quiet in the night allowing you to catch a good night sleep. 3. Food of the restaurant attached to the hotel is of decent quality. 4. Rooms are small but not too uncomfortable. Cons: 1. Be prepared for a sub-standard service by the manager and front desk staff who perhaps takes cue from the manager, Mr. Santosh. The manager seems eager to skim extra money from you. Let me explain. We were eight pax including my 8 years old niece and we booked four double occupancy rooms. My niece decided not to share the room with her cousin sister and instead sleep in her parents' room. We requested for an extra mattress for which hotel demanded Rs. 1000 per night extra and didn't give the mattress though we could see spare mattresses stacked at the end of the corridor. 2. Practically, there is nothing around the hotel. If you like to take a stroll in the evening or try some snacks at a street vendor's stall, you are in for a disappointment.

Mertiya Residency is a great place to stay in Jodhpur. The rooms are neat, spacious, and very comfortable. I really appreciated the cleanliness and the peaceful environment of the hotel. The staff members are very professional and friendly, and they ensure that guests feel welcome. The service was quick and efficient, and the food quality was excellent. I had a very pleasant stay and would love to visit again in the future.

Stayed here for a month. It's a small hotel but neatly maintained. Rooms are small but comfortable. Hygiene is commendable. Food tasted really good as they cook everything fresh. 24-hours hot/cold water, toiletries(soap,body wash, shampoo, lotion comb, shaving kit, shower cap, loofa etc) were provided. All the famous tourist places are nearby from this hotel and it's on the main road hence paota C Market is at walking distance. You'll get all the necessary items and food joints nearby. I am happy with their hospitality.

It was a comfortable stay with Great service. The food was delicious with a clean surrounding to eat at, they have a really co operative staff too. |Definitely recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay.|Location is feasible too.|Acess to easy transport from the property to all the tourist spots.|Hygiene was maintained well, and the room service was just as quick and good. The rooms were well kept, and the hot water and other living facilities were excellent.

Amazing place to stay. Good and clean rooms with amenities. Staff is too good at their service and the food taste and quality is also very good. Hotel staff is very supportive. Only cons is that this place is little bit far from the main city but you can easily manage if you rent out on bike or car

The service and food was really awesome ! The staff is really well mannered and polite. It felt like a 5 start hotel. Bharat Sanvi and Sanjay were really helpful

I was given standard room but it was suffocating room. I felt as if I have come in Mumbai lodge. Room was so compact and over furnished that you can't breath.

Hotel Mertiya Residency has good spacious deluxe rooms and we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant serves delicious vegetarian food. Initially we had booked online "standard" room which is too small, especially its bathroom.....not at all suitable. Hence shifted to deluxe room, which was worth its cost. However, the rear side rooms don't have any view and after much effort, Mr. Santosh, the Manager of the Hotel was kind enough to allot us front side road facing Deluxe Room. Overall quite satisfied with the room and services offered. A suggestion to the management: The towel holder in the bathroom is fitted at a height of almost 7 feet which is practically not possible to use it. Would suggest to get it fitted at around 6 feet
