We had an excellent experience at Hotel Kasturi Orchid. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay for all our guests. The food was outstanding, with great taste, quality, and variety throughout the event. The banquet facilities were exceptional, offering a beautiful venue with excellent service and smooth event coordination. The entire hotel team was professional, courteous, and always ready to assist, making every function seamless and memorable. We truly appreciate the hospitality and highly recommend Hotel Kasturi Orchid for weddings, social celebrations, and corporate events. I stayed at Hotel Kasturi Orchid and frankly, it was a disappointment. The “peaceful” remote location felt isolating—hardly convenient for sightseeing or transport. Inside, the rooms were dusty, dimly lit, and maintenance was lacking—blocked drains, missing tissue paper, and a cold, ghost-house vibe made it feel half-abandoned TripadvisorMakeMyTrip. One guest even noted being charged extra by a driver the hotel recommended Tripadvisor. Breakfast was underwhelming with limited options and poor taste Tripadvisor. Staff responsiveness was slow—at checkout, I had to carry my own luggage as nobody showed up Tripadvisor. Overall, I’d say management needs a serious upgrade

"I had a wonderful 1night stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helped us arrange local tours without any hassle . Mr Nadeem Sir and Ashok Sir , Breakfast offered a great mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was excellent. The location was very convenient for getting around the city. Highly recommended and I would gladly stay here again!"

The service of Mr. Deen Dyal was very good in restaurant. The food is very good. Rooms are spacious. Location is very good if you are looking for outer side of Jodhpur for further travelling. Property has big swimming pool and garden. Best stay in Jodhpur 👍👍👍

the restraurent is very nice.. we went there around 5-6 times and there service was very good. the taste of the food is so yummy.. we have also booked the banquet with there buffet.. it is also very nice.. around 50-60 person easily plan there... cheese ball and crispy corn and cripy potato is one of my favourite. for family dinner this is the best and cost effective.. staff is also easily manageble.. they also have projector facility if you have any vedio to play for the people...

Wonderful stay at Kasturi Orchid, Jodhpur! My experience at Kasturi Orchid, Jodhpur was truly pleasant and memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel very welcome with their warm behavior and polite attitude. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which immediately set a positive tone for my stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for keeping everything neat and hygienic throughout. The bed was comfortable, the ambience was calm, and the overall setup was perfect for relaxation after a long day. The interiors reflect a nice blend of comfort and elegance. The food was another highlight of my stay. The quality, taste, and presentation were excellent. Whether breakfast or meals, everything was fresh and delicious.
