Had a wonderful stay at in Jodhpur. Room 503 offers one of the best views in the city, with a breathtaking panorama of Mehrangarh Fort, especially during sunrise and at night. The heritage ambiance, clean and comfortable room, and the rooftop restaurant made the experience even more memorable. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a boutique heritage stay with an unforgettable fort view in Jodhpur.

We stayed at Kankariya Heritage for almost 3 days, and honestly, the atmosphere was one of the best we’ve ever experienced. You can definitely call it a luxury stay. ❤️ It’s really difficult to find such a great option in Jodhpur, but Kankariya Heritage has everything you could ask for. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we had an amazing experience and truly enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you, Kankariya Heritage, for making our stay so special! 😁❤️

The main feature of this hotel is, of course, the view! But in addition to the spectacular vista offered to guests, the establishment offers decent rooms and an impressive rooftop restaurant where we enjoyed both a dinner and a breakfast (Jan. 2026). One of the highlights was the traditional music performance by a local family which we didn't expect but impressed us greatly! The hotel's interior has some interesting decorative elements. We also appreciated being a short walk to the town centre/market.

The property is located in the heart of old city and is very close to major attractions in Jodhpur. They have retained the heritage charm while providing for the modern amenities. But that's where the good things end! They serve only vegetarian food. The taste is average at best. The owners who also manage the place are not very professional. The staff is untrained and not very courteous. Roof top cafe is good only for the views. Their musical program is absolutely avoidable.

Not at all premium or accomodating. Owner informed us that early check-in is chargeable, even if rooms are available during the off-season. * Biggest disappointment: booked a Fort View room, but there was virtually no fort view. Very misleading. * When we requested a room change, only a lower-category room on a higher floor was offered. * Washroom and linen were fine. * Rooftop offers a good view of Mehrangarh Fort. * Breakfast had very limited options and lacked taste. * No parking, and the hotel is difficult to access, especially for senior citizens. * Recommended only if you plan to spend most of your time sightseeing.

Hotel located near clock tower. You get easy transportation. Hotel is neat and clean. Room was also big and direct view to Mehrangarh fort. In the night Roof Top restaurant gets fantastic view. Food was also good. Little expensive. They kept live Rajasthan music. Market is very close.

The property itself is good, but it is located deep inside the old city, where tourist taxis cannot access easily and you have to us Auto Rickshaws, which is a major drawback. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. However, the rooftop restaurant is exorbitantly priced, and the food quality does not justify the cost—the taste is below average. You’ll find much better dining options elsewhere in the city, which are worth exploring for dinner.
