I had an excellent experience at the hotel, especially because of Simran from the Front Office team. She was extremely professional, proficient, and humble throughout our interaction. Her warm smile, polite communication, and attentive service made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Simran truly represents great hospitality and guest service. Her positive attitude and dedication made our stay even more pleasant. Highly appreciated and recommended! 👏✨

Awesome property at good accessible location, breakfast is good, have Bar & Resturant, rooms are neat and clean, rooms facing courtyard can see Mehrangarh fort but at distance. Staff is polite and cooperative. We had a good stay at Park Plaza, we parked our car at front of hotel and Umaid Bhavan is at back of hotel (visible from stairs) which is hardly 1.5 kms from both sides.

Stayed 3rd floor annexe. Very spacious room, great hot shower, and comfortable bed. Only the flooring was battered from wear and tear. Mr Rupindaman Singh went extra mile to make our stay a pleasant experience and also helped with a hotel booking in Jaipur - this is when we had problems getting a confirmation. Most efficient cleaning team, Vikrant (similar name) was very helpful and ensured that the room was cleaned thoroughly. Had opportunity to meet Senior Management and they were very gracious. Outside was nice experience as the hotel has piazza style sitting / relaxing area.

Great hospitality! We have been here for an overnight stay and every member of the hotel especially Samina the housekeeping supervisor have been very helpful. She was quick with the request without any delays. Keep up with good work

Hotel staff is nice & supportive... special restaurant staff...they provide jain food & for baby provide fruits.... located in main area ...every spot is near the hotel... approx in 12 km area..

We stayed for just one night, but the experience was extremely disappointing. From the reception and parking to the facilities, rooms, floors, and even breakfast, everything reflected poor standards. The staff appeared disengaged and unwell, with little to no sense of customer service. The hotel itself is very old and clearly in desperate need of a complete renovation. Instead of temporarily shutting down to upgrade, they continue to host guests in this unacceptable state. The furniture and interiors look outdated—like stepping back 20 years. For the price we paid, it was a costly mistake that came at the expense of our peace of mind. Breakfast was the worst part. The coffee was nothing more than brown water, with no aroma or taste. The food options were extremely limited and seemed stale. I tried the sambar, which was terrible, and I would be curious to know what any South Indian guest might think of it. The omelette was thin and made with just one egg. Overall, the meal was a complete disappointment. This was a wrong choice, and we will never return. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel—there are far better options in the same price range.
