All Taj properties are good so nothing new about that. This is not the best but location is great, the airport pick up is comfortable and convenient. Rooms are spacious and semi luxurious, pool is v well maintained. The magic show, puppet show and folk dance add a charm to evenings. Food however can be much better. It took more than 40 mins for the food to arrive each time we ate here - and we finally decided to avoid eating in during our stay. Breakfast is standard, also time consuming in service. Room service is much more prompt. Service staff and hospitality is good. The drive to Sand-dunes was worth the time.

I wanted to write this review with ranking this Taj property as the best I had ever stayed at, but I'm unable to based on my checkout experience with the hotel manager. To be brief, it was a nightmare. I can confidently say that the issue was later resolved and effectively handled by Mr. Bhayal. Because of his kindness, professionalism and issue resolution I am more than inclined to leave a positive review. To be fair, this is not the fanciest Taj property I have stayed at nor is the real estate around it exceptionally beautiful, but what it lacks in grandeur it makes up in hospitality. The staff is well trained and polite. The architecture of the property is phenomenal. The food and drinks amazing. I do recommend getting the pool view vs the garden view. I went swimming ever single day and loved it. The pool is perfect!!! The cultural show, magic show and puppet show really bring a warm welcome. At this Taj, you truly feel like family. Don't forget to stop at the boutique and visit Ram, he will make sure you leave looking better than you entered. Again, I want to give a special thanks to Mr. Bhayal. He is an exceptional fine gentleman and an asset to the Taj corporation.

Had an amazing stay at Taj Hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious, cozy, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The entertainment area was a great addition, giving both kids and adults a wonderful space to relax and spend quality time together. The restaurant experience was outstanding, with delicious food and excellent service throughout our stay. A special thanks to Lokender at the reception for the warm hospitality. We would also like to appreciate Bisan, Sarita, Gaje, and Laxman Ji at the restaurant for taking such great care of us. Their food recommendations, especially for the kids, were excellent, and the children thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. We look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived until our departure. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the whole team was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. A very special thank you goes to Vipendra. His warm, dedicated, and exceptionally attentive manner truly made our stay special. He always made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. His outstanding service deserves special recognition. Thank you so much, Vipendra! Bishan was also very friendly and helpful and contributed to our positive experience. We would also like to thank Priyangni and K anhiya for their friendly and professional service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with a wonderful team. Amazingly Beautiful !!! An absolutely royal and lavish experience at Taj Hari Mahal, Jodhpur! From the moment we arrived, everything felt grand, elegant and thoughtfully curated. Highest compliements to Lokendra. He was able to assist me in an early laundry service, in addition to his sense of urgency in accommodating with arrangements to the airport with the highest sense of urgency. The venue was beyond 5 stars, all the staff was extremely accommodating. The amenities were exceptional and the meals were extraordinary. Well done.

Exceptional visit at Taj Hari Mahal, Jodhpur I had a truly wonderful experience at Taj Hari Mahal. The hotel's beautiful ambiance, luxurious comfort, and attention to detail made my visit memorable. What stood out the most was the outstanding hospitality extended by Mr. Ghanshyam Singh (Director of Sales), Mr. Laxman Singh (F&B Manager), and Mr. Dheeraj (Guest Service Associate). I stayed at Taj Hari Mahal over the long weekend and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and truly makes you feel like royalty, but what made the stay exceptional was the hospitality of the staff. A special mention to Yuvraj, Bishan Ji, Gaje, Sarita, and Chen Kanwar, who looked after us during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service throughout our stay. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made every meal a memorable experience. They were always welcoming, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The level of service, attention to detail, and hospitality they demonstrated truly reflects the Taj standard. Thank you to the entire team for making our long weekend so special.
