The check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient. I encountered a small problem when checking in, but staff quickly came and helped us out. The rooms are spacious, clean and a great value for money. One downside I noticed is that the humidifier that was in the room had mold stains where the water was supposed to be added, so I didn't end up using it! The location of the hotel is great, right next to Kanazawa castle, so you can't ask for more!

This hotel was so much fun and kids would love it. You mainly deal with two robots that speak many languages and check you in and out. Pay attention and at the end of the process they bow! They decorate them for the season and holidays. There are cameras everywhere so if you have the slightest problem someone immediately appears that speaks English. Our room had two separate beds instead of a double and they changed it with no hesitation. It was also the biggest room we had in Japan. The location was great and i would highly recommend it

After a full day of travel, the hotel refused to accept my valid credit cards upon arrival, leaving me without accommodation despite a confirmed reservation. At that point, expecting a guest to search for an ATM or solve payment issues after traveling is unreasonable. I also contacted the hotel multiple times afterward, but received no effective help or resolution, and the situation remained unresolved for weeks. Overall, the lack of customer service, accountability, and willingness to resolve the issue was very disappointing. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Got a theme room. Really just some fabric posters and some linen covers for the beds but the checkin by robot dinosaurs was super fun, if stupid. But I laughed and fully enjoyed the experience. There’s green tea in the rooms and a vending machine for water and bottled coffee and juice. First hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan without a lounge coffee machine. The standard amenities were available in the lobby. Did not eat at the buffet restaurant.

Typically for Japan, the hotel room is quite small, and the bathroom is also compact. However, the hot water, water pressure, and Wi-Fi were all very good. Personally, I didn’t like the dinosaur check-in system. I’d rather interact with an actual person — not just at check-in, but also for simple greetings when coming and going. The hotel is located just off the main road, which helps reduce traffic noise. There’s also a park opposite the hotel, which is great for an early morning walk or exercise. Overall, because of the cramped room size, I’d probably look for somewhere with a bit more space next time.

Stayed here as a couple for 3 nights. Checking in was a simple process done via machine, a member of staff will come out if there is any problems. Booked the Double room, but was upgraded free of charge to the wider twin room which was nice as there was extra space for our luggage. Room was pretty standard with TV, AC/heating, a fridge, hangers also the toilet and shower was separated which was a bonus. One major attraction of this hotel was the location as its in the vicinity of many stores, restaurants, omicho market and also is very close to the Kanazawa Castle and gardens. It is also very easy to get to from Kanazawa station as its close to the Kanazawa loop bus. Checking out was also done via machine, just insert your key cards and your done. As for amenmenties there were toothbrushes, pyjamas, brushes body scrubs and rental options for oculus quest. One convenient thing is you could get change from the machine if you needed coins from your notes. The hotel is very cheap for what its worth, website often has discount coupons ontop of that you could get discounts for booking 60/90 days in advance. Would definitely recommend!
