We stayed here for 2 nights. This is a Western style hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Although conveniently located close to the railway and bus station, it takes 30 minutes to walk to the tourist attractions including the geisha and samurai districts. The market is a 20 minute walk away. So unless you are using a car or taxis, be prepared to do a lot of walking. The breakfast was decent and the staff were all polite and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay.

This is a solid hotel located very close to the train station. As with many hotels in Japan, the rooms are small - and we were lucky to have a slightly larger room, which still felt small! But it was comfortable and super clean! The breakfast for us was included as part of our tour group package, and while the food was good, it was quite crowded. The tables were close together and it was always busy. There were 2 washing machines available which we took advantage of! While we did not use the public bath, others in our group did and said it was nice. I would recommend this hotel based on location and quality of the rooms.

We spent one night here on a tour, so not much time to use all the facilities.|City/business hotel with v small rooms - especially if you have two cases to open. |Kettle, cups etc - but no tea/coffee. |No gym; wide pavement outside runs for miles. |No bar area for groups & no English-speaking TV channels. |Breakfast was very busy. |Like all Japanese hotels, spotlessly clean with very polite staff.

Great location, close to the train station like many of our hotels. The rooms are not too small, you can walk down each side of the bed which is a plus for Japan. Great air-con, which was nice for a couple from the southern hemisphere. Housekeeping keep the rooms nice and clean, the staff spoke great English.

Lovely place. Value for money. The rooms are clean, bed comfortable. Location is 8 minutes walk from the train station but you’ll have to use the underpass if you’re bringing a large luggage. Plenty of restaurants at the train station and the bus loop also starts there so very convenient. Only bad note of that there is nothing much other than a 7 Eleven in its immediate surroundings

Really spacious room and wonderful hotel by the station. Lovely onsen and very nice staff. We were right by the elevator and couldn’t hear any noise at night. Only downside is that there are only two elevators that struggle to cope with volume of guests and wifi is pretty slow

The room really sucks. They don’t have those things almost every Japanese hotels have. The bathroom is super tiny and very hard to use. Room is totally disaster However they have one of the best breakfast buffet in Japan as the price is acceptable

Good location, just need to find the right path for the lifts, otherwise, all smooth sailing from hotel to Kanazawa stn, abt 9 mins walk, 7-11 close by.Room is good, air-con a bit lacking, spa facilities are good.
