Recently had one night at this hotel on my way to Hiroshima. We had a great room on the 10th floor. Our room was really spacious with a huge bed. Great location. Just a shame we couldn’t have stayed longer in Kanazawa.

Kanazawa New Grand Hotel Prestige truly impressed us with its excellent location and stunning views, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. The hotel is perfectly situated, offering beautiful scenery that we could enjoy throughout our stay, especially from the dining area. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and attentive, always ready to help and making us feel genuinely cared for. We absolutely loved the warm and elegant atmosphere of the hotel, which added a special charm to our experience. One of the highlights was definitely breakfast ,enjoying a delicious meal while taking in the breathtaking view was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, everything about our stay, from the service to the ambiance, exceeded our expectations and made our time in Kanazawa truly unforgettable.

Catch the sunrise at level 12 when having breakfast. The room and the toilets are spotlessly clean. It is spacious. All staff are extremely polite and made me fell so welcomed.

Amazing hotel, we had the most lovely stay here. The room was really huge and very comfortable, everything cozy and well equipped. The service was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also very nice. We would love to come back again.

Very close to all of the Kanazawa activities and nearby nice malls and eateries. The staff was friendly and we received a nicer room than planned! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

Do not believe the old reviews. This place was absolutely amazing. The staff was polite and helpful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast on the top level tho. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Kanazawa

I went there on a business trip, it's a very nice hotel. Details: the bed was comfortable, the mattress was firm but not too firm, and the curtains were not completely opaque but we're sufficiently large to avoid undesired rays of light. Sound insulation was insufficient with the corridor, but the hotel staff was pleasant, and they even went all the way to display the flag of my country in the reception hall while I stayed there!

I always like to re-read the reviews before posting my own, and I have to say I wonder if we stayed in a different hotel as our room was fabulous. We arrived during Golden Week and had to leave the Nikki hotel as the prices there doubled the following 2 nights. I can only assume that the Prestige had no rooms left when we turned up late, and therefore upgraded us. Our room was huge with the largest bed we've ever had in Japan. The bathroom was equally impressive and the nespresso machine just added that touch. We were really surprised by the quality of the room as this was the only room we could find at a resonable price. Just hope that whoever reads this gets an equally good room as the pictures listed by other reviewers are so different to what we experienced.
