Lovely place to stay at..good service, clean and cozy rooms...we opted for the B&B stay. Had a nice sri lankan breakfast. Also there was a furry friend who welcomed us in return for belly rubs. Overall we had a lovley stay. Would definitely recommend 👌🏼

We accidentally came to this location on our way from Nuwara Eliya to Sigiriya and absolutely loved this garden bliss! The pool is great for swim & chill. The breakfast was one of the best! Room with a shower is spotlessly clean. The little cons to be ready for: There was no WiFi connection in our room. Evening there is ~ 1h mosquito prime time, and morning ~ 1h sticky flies, but common this is THE GARDEN. A very beautiful happy place to stay, I recommend. The family is also very friendly & helpful, however it seemed to us the father tried to upsell us more nights to stay here consistently, speaking and listening only about this issue.

We had an amazing day out! The place is absolutely beautiful, with so many stunning spots to take photos. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. French garden is a lovely family run hotel. Beautiful gardens around a pool that even though it rained a lot while we were there, the kids spent a lot of time in the pool! The family room was lovely, beds comfy with mosquito nets though we weren't very aware of any mosquitoes. Everything was really clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were tasty, fresh fruit, omelettes, pancakes, coffee. We didn't have time to eat dinner there as had plans in Kandy. |It's easy to arrange tuk tuk or car into Kandy town centre, takes about 25 mins with traffic. Highly recommend for a family.

We had a wonderful stay at French Garden Hotel. The food was amazing, the place was clean, and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Service was quick whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended! They treat both locals and foreigners equally, which was really nice to see.

Honestly our favourite stay in Sri Lanka. The owners and staff are amazing. The location is peaceful and quiet and the actual hotel is a beautiful sanctuary of falling vines and passionflowers. The feeling you got being there was that you were hidden in a private oasis located just outside the hustle and bustle of Kandy. Decor was clean and rustic with bohemian charm, would come again in a heartbeat. Dinner was set up as a romantic meal by candlelight beneath the cozy canopy. Miss you already! Chandima was a great host so special shoutout!
