I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the receptionists, including Nusri . They made us feel at home from the very first moment. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was organized and the overall atmosphere was excellent. One of the highlights was the rooftop, which offers a stunning panoramic view of Kandy. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kandy. Thank you for such a great experience!

I had a good one-night stay at Galaxy City Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers an English breakfast. There is a small basement parking area, which can accommodate around 2 to 3 vehicles, although the space is quite tight and feels more suitable for smaller vehicles. There is also one additional parking space outside the hotel. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. However, considering the price charged for the breakfast, I feel the breakfast could be improved in terms of the variety and overall quality.

I recently stayed at Galaxy City Hotel Kandy with my family, and we had a very pleasant experience. Before visiting the hotel, I contacted them over the phone, and the call was answered by Mr. Nusri at the reception. From the very first conversation, he was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. He explained everything clearly and kindly, and his professionalism was one of the main reasons I decided to stay at this hotel. When we arrived, Mr. Nusri welcomed us warmly and continued to assist us in a very respectful and professional manner. He also introduced us to Mr. Kavindu, the room boy, who was also very kind, helpful, and pleasant throughout our stay. During our stay, the reception team, especially Mr. Nusri and Miss Nikeshala, were very polite, friendly, and supportive. Their hospitality made our stay comfortable and memorable. Because of the excellent service and genuine hospitality shown by these staff members, we would be happy to visit Kandy again and stay at Galaxy City Hotel in the future. The deluxe double room is quite spacious and extraordinary. The rooms are new with all-new equipment, including the AC and TV. The bathroom is clean and large. A balcony is available. Convenient car parking is provided. At the time we travelled, renovations were taking place on the ground floor. We stayed on the 4th floor, and it didn’t affect our stay. Parking was a little difficult due to limited space, but you can’t expect everything for the price you are paying. Overall, you can’t ask for more for the price you are paying.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Galaxy City Hotel in Kandy. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We were given a room on one of the upper floors, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The hotel's location is excellent, as it is very close to the city centre, making it easy to explore Kandy. A special thank you to Nursik and Kavindu, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Galaxy City Hotel to anyone visiting Kandy. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was comfortable and great value for money, thanks to hassle-free check-in, good customer service, clean and spacious room and quite atmosphere. Wifi worked well. No issues with hot water. Bedding was comfortable. The room had all essentials including a safe deposit box. The views of Hunnasgiriya mountain range during different weather conditions is breathtaking. Currently our favorite lodging for short stays in Kandy.
