(Translated by Google) We stayed in an apartment on the third floor. It was a small room with everything we needed, but the most important thing was the incredible view from the window 😍
Excellent location, about 30-40 minutes to Kotor's old town, along a scenic road along the coast.
Parking is available.
Pleasant hostess, always available.

(Translated by Google) Everything was great))) A relaxing holiday. There were only a few people on the beach in July, so it was truly peaceful. To the right of the apartment is a restaurant, to the left a small shop. The owner, Zharko, and his family were very friendly. We needed flowers and a cake for my birthday, so the owner's wife, Suzana, brought them early in the morning, and Zharko drove us to the Old Town to pick them up. By the way, if you enjoy cycling, the owner provides a free bike, so you can ride along the coast and enjoy the beauty of Montenegro. I highly recommend it; you won't regret it.

(Translated by Google) Overall, the apartment was very nice. There were a few minor gripes, but first things first...
The location is right on the coastline, literally twenty steps from the house to the beach. A narrow road separates the beach and the three-story building, barely wide enough for two cars to pass each other.
We had a second-floor, two-room apartment. The first, main room had a kitchenette, a small sofa, a dining table, and a TV in the corner. From this so-called living room, a door led to the bedroom, and from the bedroom there was access to a balcony with a simply stunning view of the Bay of Kotor.
Both rooms are very small, about 12-13 meters each. There's not much room to move around, but considering we were there for three days, it wasn't a big deal.
The bathroom, however, was spacious.
The balcony, although not very wide, had a table and a couple of chairs. It was especially pleasant to dine here, gazing out at the sea. On the ground floor, directly below our bedroom, was a grocery store, a rare sight in Dobrota. Although small, it was packed full of all sorts of things. They had practically all the basic necessities. And not only groceries, either. Prices were a bit higher than in supermarkets, but the nearest one was a 25-30-minute walk away, so the store felt more than tolerable in its splendid isolation.
Incidentally, the presence of the store below us was also a significant drawback. People bustled and chatted here until late at night. And those who pulled up to the store by car or bike (and there were many of them) had the charming habit of leaving the engine running while they shopped. So you could sit on the balcony or recline in your bedroom, inhaling the fresh exhaust fumes. Beautiful...
And early in the morning, around 6 o'clock, in the complete silence, a small truck would pull up to the store and the driver would start rattling away, unloading some boxes. Unfortunately, we liked to sleep with the balcony door open. So the truck served as our alarm clock.
Now about swimming. The apartment had its own small beach with a concrete platform (with sun loungers and umbrellas on the platform) and a small, gently sloping entry into the water (with small pebbles), which is a real luxury for Kotor. Most apartments and hotels in Kotor have stone piers with steps leading down into the water.
The water's surface along the entire shoreline of the bay was thick with seaweed. The owners looked on with indulgence, but we had to collect this vegetation by hand every day and store it on the shore. Unfortunately, there was no other way...
By the way, the neighboring pier was literally covered in mussels. We collected them and cooked them. It turned out quite nice! We were, so to speak, getting our fill of the stuff for free...
Well, what else... The three-story house where we lived was only part of a fairly large estate. Behind the main building was a small but very well-kept garden with a huge stone gazebo and a barbecue. All this splendor could be enjoyed with the kind permission of the owners. Their house was located right there, slightly to the left, deep in the garden. The owner of it all was a friendly, hospitable woman named Natalia. When we were leaving, she offered to drive us to the Kotor bus station in her car. We remember her with gratitude.
The apartment is located quite far from the central part of Kotor. On the first day, the walk from the house to the old town took 50 minutes. We later used rental bikes from neighboring apartments. This transportation option is very convenient.
