Hotel is amazing. It is boutique and small. The staff are amazing they are really warm and friendly it feels like staying with a friend. We had neptune room which had most amazing views over the bay. The hotel is super clean and fresh. Room was lovely so clean and airy. Pool to rear and sunbeds to the front. Hotel serves a lovely breakfast. Very quiet location so zen and peaceful. Has a few shops and restaurants nearby which are great. Taxi to Kotor hotel get set private to kotor but getting back taxi's all tried over charge us. One of my fav hotels. We also done a speedboat tour privately and was so enjoyable. Cant wait to return

We had such a lovely stay at Libertas Hotel as three girl friends on holiday. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, right on the water, with a beautiful jetty stretching out into the bay. It has a really special, local feel to it and feels authentic and personal. The view from our room was stunning and waking up to the water every morning was a real highlight. The service was also excellent and all of the staff were incredibly warm and helpful. Veljko in particular went out of his way to make our stay special. He was so responsive and helpful throughout, and even took us out on a fantastic boat trip, which ended up being one of the highlights of our time in Montenegro. A beautiful hotel, wonderful people and an amazing setting. We would absolutely recommend Libertas and would happily stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Libertas with our family and would happily come back. The hotel is in a beautiful, quiet location in Prčanj, right on the Bay of Kotor. It’s the perfect place to relax while still being close to Kotor Old Town, which is only about 5 km away (around €10 by taxi). The breakfast was good. It wasn’t an extensive buffet, but it offered everything we needed and the quality was absolutely fine. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and genuinely wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They helped us arrange a boat tour on the bay, called taxis whenever we needed them, recommended excellent restaurants, and were always happy to answer questions or give local tips. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a great shower—everything we needed after a day of exploring. Overall, Hotel Libertas offers great value, a relaxing atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend it for anyone looking to spend a few days exploring the Bay of Kotor while enjoying a peaceful stay away from the crowds.

We chose this hotel for our wedding as we wanted to get married to the most incredible backdrop of the mountains and water at the bay of Kotor. Although we were the first wedding ever at this hotel, it was like they had been doing weddings for a long time. The hotel and grounds were immaculately clean, modern, boutique and had stunning views. We got married right on the waterfront with stunning turquoise water. Although there was a road running nearby, this did not distract from the beauty of the area. We had the hotel to ourself and our 7 guests, housed in the 4 best and largest rooms with balconies and sea views. The rooms were spacious, comfortable with nice bathrooms. The hotel provided ironing for the men's suits and we used a steamer we had brought with us for the dresses. The fact they had wooden coat hangers made this all so much easier! The staff were adorable, friendly, hardworking and nothing was too much trouble. They provided a variety of pizza options for lunch and the wedding dinner was a feast of tasty, well cooked garlic prawns, grilled calamari, sea bass, cevapi, chips, vegetables, platter of cheese and meats. Parking was easy especially as they would park the cars for us. The pool was small but lovely. If I was to criticise anything, the breakfast could be set up better with more options like a cooked, made to order options such as omelette or eggs benedict or pancakes. Overall, for a small, intimate, micro wedding this venue is the definition of perfect. If you simply want go stay at a hotel where you feel you are staying in heaven, this hotel is also amazing.

My first time in Montenegro and I couldn’t have chosen better. This was my first stay in Montenegro, and I truly believe this is one of the best hotels in the area. Not only because the hotel itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and has everything you need, but also because of the people. From the moment you arrive, you don’t feel like a guest. You feel at home. Starting with the owner, a true gentleman. I have rarely met someone so kind, respectful, and genuinely caring. The way he treats both guests and his staff says everything about the place. During my stay, I had an unexpected situation where I found a very sick stray cat, and he went out of his way to help me get her to a vet. I will never forget that kindness. Natasha at reception is a wonderful person, warm, professional, and always welcoming. There is also a tall lady with long hair always tied up, incredibly sweet and kind. She made every interaction feel effortless and genuine. The lady at breakfast with short dark hair, always smiling in the mornings, brings such a calm and positive energy. You start your day with a smile because of her. Housekeeping was excellent. My room was always spotless and perfectly taken care of. I also want to mention a young boy working there, still very young, but already so polite, hardworking, and respectful. I truly admired him. What makes this place special is not just the service. It’s the people behind it. You can feel that they care, not just because it’s their job, but because that’s who they are. Thank you for such a beautiful experience. I will definitely come back 🤍

Beautiful boutique style hotel right on the waters edge.. a stunning setting |All staff very friendly and helpful throughout. Room spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard, elegant furniture and comfortable kingsize bed. Our room double aspect with view to the side as well as over looking the private pontoon and glorious vista beyond. Very generous buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice of hot food, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, pastries, charcutery, biscuits and cake every morning. No lunch or dinner service . |Away from the crowds of Kotor but close enough to travel in, car hire would be useful but we managed with the local bus service and the odd land and water taxi. |No shops/bar on doorstep, expect a 10-15 min walk to nearest ones.|Lovely to have the option of the pool at the rear of the property too, small but large enough to get some exercise if wanted. |Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gem of a hotel! constuctive feedback on a missed opportunity is that offering ice creams/toasties at lunchtime would be such an easy thing to do and softer towels would have been nice but honestly can't fault this place!

This hotel is perfect! Right next to the beach, beautiful pool and rooms. Natasa and the all staff we're so nice and kind ! We will come back for sure.

The hotel is excellent, everything is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly, especially Marko who makes great coffee and is always helpful. Highly recommended!
