Google· a month agoI had a very pleasant stay and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality and great service provided by the team. The staff from all departments were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. A special thank you to DM Josephine from the Front Office and Rina from the F&B team for their wonderful service and kindness. Their friendliness definitely made my stay even more enjoyable! It was also so nice to have variety or additional welcoming touches for guests during the check-in process. These small details made the arrival experience feel more special and personalized, and truly helped set the hotel apart from others. Overall, it was a good experience, and appreciate the efforts of the entire team.

The atmosphere was inviting, with elegant décor and a sense of comfort that immediately made me feel at home.The room was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, offering modern amenities, a cozy bed, and a stunning view. Housekeeping ensured everything was spotless throughout my stay. The dining options were equally impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes.One of the highlights was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member went out of their way to accommodate requests and provide helpful recommendations. Additionally, the hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch and well-maintained.Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Google· 2 months agoI loved the stay here. A clean room, basic but all fine. All the staff (manager, reception, restaurants (both), security, housekeeping and all the other staff) are SO! friendly. Always happy to help, giving advice and being interested in you. Swimming pool also great, nice view at the skyline. Food in both restaurants was also great! Stores near by, safe area and if you want to go to the city center, just 15 mins by car.

Google· a month agoWe had a pleasant stay at Dorsett Hartamas for our birthday celebration. The reception staff, especially the intern who welcomed us, was very friendly and helpful. The staff who delivered our birthday cake was also cheerful and greeted us with a lovely smile. These small gestures really made our celebration feel special. We also enjoyed the complimentary drinks at the restaurant, which were fresh and refreshing. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices and everything was appetising. The pool towels were always available for guests, which was convenient. The swimming pool area could be improved, though, as we noticed some parquet flooring had started to come loose. Overall, we were happy with our stay and birthday celebration. Thank you to the Dorsett Hartamas team for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one!

Google· a month agoOverall, a very solid stay. Check-in was smooth, and they conveniently provided three key cards—including one already in the room keeping the power on. Getting a room with a bathtub at this price point felt like an absolute steal. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, though the menu remained identical across both days of my stay. Having breakfast open until 10:30 AM was a huge plus for sleeping in. The only real downside is the elevator situation: with only two lifts servicing the property, peak hours require a bit of patience. Additionally, parking isn't complimentary for guests, coming out to about RM15 for a two-night stay. All in all, Dorsett offers fantastic value for money, and I’d happily stay here again.

Google· 4 months agoI must highlight this particular point first and foremost: great hospitality. Kudos! From the doorman to front office, everyone we encountered were very welcoming and hospitable. While checking in, we ended up adding another room to our booking as the rates were reasonable. The rooms were clean, well maintained and I love the colour tone. Pleasing to the eyes. Breakfast was good, didn't feel too crowded as the spacing between tables were good. The only thing that can be looked at is we felt the non-carpeted floor area of the buffet were a tad sticky. We ended walking around hearing the sticky sound of our footsteps afterwards 😂 but it's not a big issue, everything else was great. The buffet breakfast price is also very affordable. Thanks for also having the vending machine at lobby - something we appreciate and utilized for our convenience. Suggestion: can please add some basic toys or fun story books for elementary and primary school kids to enjoy at the kids room on L27? 😄

Google· 3 months agoI stayed at this hotel over the weekend and had a very pleasant experience. We arrived early, at around 1:00 p.m., and were quite tired after our journey. Encik Helmi was very kind and helpful in allowing us to check in early. We truly appreciated his empathy and excellent hospitality. The room was clean and comfortable, the price was affordable, and the ambience was peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was a great place for a short weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
