I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and had a really pleasant experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Pravin and Mr. Wong for kindly arranging a dining table for us to celebrate my mom’s birthday. We really appreciate the effort and thoughtfulness. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From my point of view, Fairfield by Marriott Chow Kit KL is a nice and very clean hotel. The overall environment feels comfortable, modern, and well maintained, which gives a good impression from the moment you arrive. I really appreciate the cleanliness because for a hotel stay, comfort starts from how clean and fresh the place feels. The room and hotel areas gave a pleasant feeling, making it suitable for a short stay, business trip, or a simple city getaway in Kuala Lumpur. One thing I would like to highlight is the fast housekeeping service. Whenever assistance was needed, the housekeeping team responded quickly, which made the stay feel smoother and more comfortable. Good housekeeping service really makes a big difference because guests feel well taken care of. However, I hope the check-in process can be improved so guests do not have to wait too long. After travelling or arriving with luggage, guests usually want a smooth and quick check-in experience. A faster check-in flow would make the first impression even better. Overall, Fairfield by Marriott Chow Kit KL is a nice, clean, and comfortable hotel with fast housekeeping service. With a quicker check-in process, the overall guest experience would be even more satisfying.

Stayed here after work and booked through the Marriott Bonvoy app. The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the ambience of the hotel, and the room rate was reasonable for the overall experience. The couch in the room even smelled fresh, as if it had been recently cleaned. Based on my observation, the management has taken action regarding previous complaints about noise by providing earplugs for guests, which is a thoughtful touch. The only downside is parking. If you do not intend to use the hotel's parking facilities, finding a parking spot nearby can take some time, as customers from the nearby food court also park around the hotel. Recommended if you want to stay here. Loved it!

Had a great night's stay at this Marriott property. The location is excellent—very strategic and just a 5-minute walk to the Monorail. Check-in was smooth, the front desk was informative, and the room was clean with a nice ambiance.Breakfast was a highlight, specifically the omelette ordered from the live station. Cooked by a young Malay lady, it was easily the best omelette I’ve had in a long time—perfectly fluffy and creamy. Management, please share this compliment with her! The rest of the buffet was good, though the cheese platter could use more variety. The gym is also well-maintained, and the Smith machine was a nice touch.A few minor downsides: the "Smart TV" is outdated with no Netflix or YouTube (only local channels), and no body lotion was provided in the bathroom. Also, the housekeeping staff was chatting quite loudly in the hallways while cleaning other rooms, which slightly takes away from the classy chain hotel experience

No sound proofing and there’s loud noise all night every night from bikers. ALL NIGHT. EVERY NIGHT. Would not recommend this hotel. Staff is great but our AC did not work half the time. Cleanliness was not that great for our rooms either, found dust even after room cleaning.

Had a pleasant stay here. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and cosy. Very near to monorail station but be careful when walking at night as the crime rate around the area is slightly higher. Otherwise I felt very safe in the hotel. Will definitely stay here again

Stayed here while filming for Crash Course Hotels. Favorite feature: Spacious and clean rooms well above what the mid-range price point suggests. Amenities: Gym: Yes (spacious with plenty of equipment) Pool: No Breakfast: Yes (buffet with made to order eggs and noodle station) Chow Kit Monorail Station is a 4 to 5 minute walk connecting directly to Bukit Bintang shopping district and KL Sentral — great transit access from an authentic KL neighborhood. The room is clean and spacious with well thought out storage and a functional bathroom. The gym offers more space and equipment than many hotels in this category — a genuine differentiator. Breakfast covers both Western and local preferences well with made to order eggs and a noodle station. Chow Kit gives you a genuine street level experience of KL with great local and international food options right outside the door. I stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Chow Kit from 6 to 9 July. The room was reasonably clean upon arrival, but the overall service was disappointing. The bathroom amenities were not replenished, so I called reception to request more shower gel. Instead of shower gel, housekeeping delivered shampoo. I had to call reception a second time before the correct item was sent. What was even more disappointing was that the hotel staff stepped into the wet shower area wearing their shoes, leaving black footprints all over the shower floor. To make matters worse, after correcting their own mistake, the reception called our room and questioned us as if we had taken extra shower gel simply because we had made two requests. It felt like we were being accused of stealing, when the second request was only necessary because the wrong item had been delivered in the first place. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the poor service, lack of attention to detail, and the way the situation was handled. I expected much better from a Marriott property.
