Google· 4 months agoOne of the best hotel experiences. The staff are super friendly at the reception desk, in room service, and at the restaurant. Elegant ambiance and excellent service throughout. Highly recommended. We celebrated our anniversary there, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a warm congratulatory card and complimentary local sweets for us. It was a lovely gesture that made our stay even more special. Highly recommended.

Google· 2 months agoHonest review 2nd day here. Service reflects four seasons brand, from check in to pool to breakfast. Few worth mentioned here, F&B manager during breakfast Mr Rajaa Bellboy Mr Wan Malay pool boy In KL, we checked in Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt & MO before. Food spread during breakfast ok not too bad, but Park Hyatt did offer more personalised ala carte option from the table. The room facing the park got a nice view, reflect the price tag. But grand hyatt offer better KLCC view. The size is comfortable enough. Bed was really good, however the toilet has a bit of urine smell. Small pool is the most saddest part during the design of FSKL. The most boring 5 star hotel pool i've ever seen. But i think when it comes to the service & hospitality, you definitely live up to your name.

Google· a month agoTruly Five-Star (6 if it was possible) in Every Way We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur for two nights with our family and four children, and our experience was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. Everything about our stay was fantastic, but what impressed us most was the outstanding service. Every member of staff was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to the wonderful team at the lobby and taxi entrance. They were always ready to assist us with a smile and made us feel very welcome every time we entered or left the hotel. This level of hospitality really made a difference and made our stay even more memorable. The food was another highlight. Everything we tried was delicious, with a great variety of beautifully prepared dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience and the excellent quality of the food. All the hotel facilities were also top-class. The swimming pool was beautiful, the fitness facilities were excellent, and everything throughout the hotel was maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Travelling with four children can sometimes be challenging, but at the Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur we were able to truly relax, enjoy ourselves, and create wonderful family memories. We had an unforgettable stay and would not hesitate to choose Four Seasons again for our future travels. We sincerely hope to return to Kuala Lumpur one day, and if we do, the Four Seasons will definitely be our first choice. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. Highly recommended!

Google· 4 months agoVery helpful and friendly staffs at lobby and restaurant. The hotel even celebrated my cousin's birthday with nice cakes and decorations. At breakfast coffee and tea was served ,unlike others self-help only. Food at breakfast was very nice. Hotel room aircon very comfortably designed, no cold draft from aircon ducts blowing at us, its very well hidden and yet the room temperature was perfect. Glass bottles of mineral water were prepared in hotel room, a good move for sustainability! Just a small flaw that the linen has a faint smell of smoke, perhalps previous guest was smoking on the bed.

The Spacious Club King Room has an amazing view of the KLCC Park & its Fountain Pool. The In Room check-in process was efficient with the personal touch from the Guest Relations Team (Didi), the workspace in the room was comfortable, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. The Club King Room offers complimentary access to the executive club lounge. |The Executive Club on level 7B, you can enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails / champagne with good / extensive selection of local & international food / canapés as well. |The lounge interior & the view of KLCC park and its vicinity view is breathtaking. I would like to thank ALL THE GUEST EXPERIENCE TEAM (Executive Club) especially Didi, Nesh, Yun & Sherry. They were amazing, friendly, efficient, professional, super helpful and always had a smile & gave friendly assistance. Bar Trigona Four Season is not to be missed as well. Consistently Voted as one of the BEST BARs IN ASIA. Decadent interior - wrap-around glass windows with dramatic view of the dazzling ultra-modern KLCC cityscape, including the iconic Petronas Twin Towers… just for that added, special, sense of place. Thank you for the amazing “flaming” birthday cake - the nicest & kindest gesture to make my birthday incredibly special & memorable. On level 7A is where most of the facilities are located, including the pools / gym / steam room / sauna & relaxation lounge. |Next to the pool is the Pool Bar & Grill serving up light snacks, healthy bites and drinks. Our entire stay from beginning to end was FANTASTIC & FABULOUS. From the above it is clear FOUR SEASON KUALA LUMPUR - you are VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 👍🏻

Trip.com· 4 months agoThe service at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is truly second to none. Their genuine commitment to ensuring our comfort made us feel truly valued as guests. This is exactly the level of service one would expect from a world-class five-star hotel.The room itself is excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised when we returned from dinner to find that the room had been serviced again. Most hotels provide housekeeping only once during the day, but Four Seasons went the extra mile. They even thoughtfully placed bottled drinking water and glasses beside our bed, a small gesture that made a big difference. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly impressive.

Google· a month agoLOVE IT ❤️ We were so lucky to get at an affordable price during this school holiday. It's truly a worth place to stay because of its huge pool. So if you are with your families this is a good choice for you All the staffs are friendly When I ordered my fries at the pool cafe and it was late they sent it to my room and gave me complimentary drinks yup this hotel is worth to stay its near to Saloma restaurant and mamak PELITA and not to forget Shout out to bro Syed Azzraei who offered great hospitality to us 👍🏻❤️

Google· 2 months agoStayed at Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur for 3D2N to celebrate our anniversary. 🤍 This was my 4th stay here, if I’m not mistaken, and I’ve always loved the place. Room: Absolutely beautiful. spacious, luxurious and comfortable. This time, my husband had requested an anniversary decoration. Upon arrival, we found a birthday decoration instead. 😂 There was no complimentary cake or fruit, just the “Happy Birthday” wording. My husband gave his feedback at the counter, and I really appreciate that it was taken seriously. Special thanks to Mr Nash, Guest Experience Manager, for taking action. The next day, he personally arranged a new decoration and sent a beautiful flower vase and a small cake. 🌷🍰 However, comparing it with some of our previous anniversary stays, I feel Four Seasons could do a little better when it comes to the anniversary experience. At IHG/Hilton previously, they surprised us with a towel decoration, dessert and even complimentary lunch while we were waiting. At EQ Hotel, we were upgraded to a Presidential Suite for our anniversary. So, honestly, the Four Seasons experience this time felt a little underwhelming at first, especially for a returning guest. But I do appreciate that the team listened and made the effort to make things right. Breakfast: So good! Lots of variety and plenty of choices. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay. 🤍 Location: Very convenient. just a short walk to KLCC. Overall, I still love Four Seasons KL and this was definitely not our first stay. The room, location and breakfast remain excellent. Hopefully, for future anniversary stays, the experience can be elevated a little more to match the Four Seasons standard. Common Four Seasons, you can do better. 😉🤍
