Enjoyed the food (breakfast & dinner). Good proximity to Monorail / LRT stations. Clean, comfortable room. Good, prompt service. Maybe the part we didn't enjoy is the location of the machine to read our card when we enter the parking area (sloping - too steep, should be a bit lower ). & maybe also the hotel need to put up an explanation at the lifts that to use them, we need to tap our room keycard. (Was confused at first & had to help a few other guests who didn't know about it)

Very disappointed with the service at Zaca Restaurant (10th floor). While the hotel itself may have a good reputation, the restaurant experience was extremely disappointing. The staff, especially some of the Indian staff members, were rude, unprofessional, and showed little regard for guest satisfaction. It often felt as though they were doing us a favour rather than providing a service we had paid for. Basic hospitality, courtesy, and respect were completely lacking. The breakfast experience was poorly managed, and the staff's behaviour left a very negative impression. The management seriously needs to address these issues and properly train the restaurant team on guest service and professionalism. Until significant improvements are made, I would not recommend this restaurant to others.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Grand Continental Malaysia, Jalan Belia. The reception staff, especially Mrs. Abisha, was very helpful, always smiling, and took the time to listen and advise. The food was good, and the service throughout our stay was pleasant. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. A big thank you to all the staff for their warm hospitality!

We are in the group the food was very good We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. We had breakfast at Zaika restaurant which was very good, and the staff was also very good and helpful. We had breakfast for all 3 days - it felt like home. Jain food was also served at the table. Thanks so much to special mr lovepreet zaika team and Hotel Grand Continental

Here's a polished hotel review for Grand Continental Kuala Lumpur: I stayed at Grand Continental Kuala Lumpur with my family and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, and the hotel is suitable for family travelers. The room was spacious as we booked the Triple Deluxe room, which was comfortable and well-maintained. Room service was good, and one thing I especially appreciated was the smoke-free environment, which made the stay more peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options including South Indian dishes such as dosa and poori, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the behavior of a few guests from NORTH INDIA at the swimming pool. Some were making excessive noise, shouting, and diving dangerously into the pool without proper swimming attire. This made the environment uncomfortable, and my children felt scared to use the pool. Better supervision and enforcement of pool rules would improve the experience. Other than that, everything was satisfactory, and we enjoyed our stay.Rating: 4/5 ⭐

I stayed here for a week. Their restaurant, Zaika, is a great place for anyone looking for good Indian food in Kuala Lumpur. The breakfast had a nice mix of dishes, from North Indian items to South Indian options, and everything we tried was tasty. Lovepreet and the staff were excellent — very warm, attentive, and always checking if everything was fine. The service was quick, and they really made us feel comfortable throughout. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay

The hotel’s location is the only positive aspect—everything else is a complete letdown. While the property is passably maintained for its age, the service is outright appalling and unacceptable by any standard. The staff is not just unprofessional but seemingly untrained and indifferent. There is a clear lack of basic hospitality knowledge, and interactions are marked by inefficiency, poor attitude, and zero accountability. The in-house Indian restaurant, Zaika, is no exception. The service there is equally incompetent, disorganized, and frustrating, making dining an unpleasant experience. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing stay and easily one of the worst service experiences I’ve encountered. The complete disregard for customer service is shocking. I would strongly caution others against staying here. AVOID this hotel if at all possible—it should be your absolute last choice when visiting Malaysia. Without a doubt, this ranks among the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

We're all from the SOTC group. Breakfast was very delicious - sambar, moong dal, chilla, suji upma, chana, etc. We really enjoyed this trip. This was our first trip. The hotel was also very good, and Zaika Taste of India restaurant was very good too. The staff was very hardworking and respectful. It didn’t even feel like we were outside of India. We enjoyed it fully
