A lovely hotel with a fantastic location if you like to soak in the lights and sounds. The check in process was a bit slow, but methodical. We had requested early check in, but they couldn't provide it as the previous guests hadn't checked out yet. We were eventually given the room earlier than the stated time, which was nice. The room was spacious, with a view of the swimming pool. All the electrical sockets were designed to be used with plugs from various countries. The TV connects to your phone for streaming from your apps. The swimming pool is gorgeous, though would've been great if it could stay open beyond 7 pm. The buffet breakfast has a wide selection from Malaysian specialities to international staples. A special shout out to the entire F&B staff, especially their manager, Nay Tun. Their warm, welcoming nature, and superb hospitality made for a great start to the day.

My stay at the Marriott Kuala Lumpur was genuinely excellent from start to finish. The location is one of its biggest strengths—right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and key attractions. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient, whether on foot or by ride-hailing.The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you’d expect from a five-star hotel. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping and how quiet the room was despite being in such a busy area.Service was consistently warm and professional. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. Any requests were handled promptly, which made the stay Overall, the Marriott Kuala Lumpur delivers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and service. It’s a solid choice whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed at the JW Marriott, Kuala Lumpur, for a total of 7 nights, May 5-12, 2026.|This was my first time to stay at the JW Marriott KL and, in summary, I was extremely impressed! Reality surpassed my already high expectations. My room was a Junior Suite on a high floor, at the rear of the hotel. The room location was very quiet. The suite room was an absolute delight! It was spacious, very comfortable, well maintained, and with a very comfortable bed. I had some of the best nights’ sleep of any of my numerous visits to hotels in KL. The hotel has all the facilities, and more, essential for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! But facilities alone do not make for a truly positive experience. It was the superb hospitality, expertise, kindness, level of engagement and friendship shown by the wonderful and capable staff throughout the JW Marriott, but in particular the Executive Lounge, that made my visit there most memorable. My deep gratitude and compliments to: Sai, Executive Lounge Manager; Lwin, Executive Lounge Supervisor; Habib, Si Thu, Raj, Rajib, Aung, Rebecca, Executive Lounge staff; Wakil, Room Service. I may have inadvertently omitted some whom I met, and who were also very kind and helpful. A very memorable experience at the JW Marriott KL, and I look forward to returning in September 2026.

I have stayed at this JW Marriott for years, and this visit showed significant improvements, even compared to what was already a great stay in the past. The lounge staff were outstanding, providing excellent service and making guests feel genuinely valued. Recognition for Platinum and Titanium members was also exceptional. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel's location remains one of its strongest features, with convenient access to Pavilion, excellent dining and shopping options, and a short walk to local malls such as Sungei Wang. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having umbrellas available for guests. Throughout my stay, the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. The main area for improvement is managing peak-hour capacity. Both the executive lounge and breakfast venue were extremely crowded, which affected the overall experience. A designated seating area for Platinum and Titanium members would be a welcome enhancement. I waited about 15 minutes in line for a hot chocolate, which highlighted the challenges during busy periods. Overall, this remains an excellent hotel with a fantastic team, great amenities, and an unbeatable location. With some adjustments to improve service flow and capacity management during busy hours, the guest experience could be even better.

I had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott KL. The facilities were excellent, the room was comfortable and well maintained and overall hospitality exceeded my expectations. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the outstanding team at the Club Lounge. Special thanks to Sultana and Sithu for helping us with check in and check out. As Platinum elite member I was upgraded to to higher floor with better view. During our stay I was able to enjoy the gym and spa facilities (sauna, steam, jacuzzi, ice pool) great experience with new technogym equipments. Breakfast spread at Shook was great with good rotation over my 4 nights stay. Great experience overall. Will be back.

As a tourist from Indonesia, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding—staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. From the moment I checked in, everything felt smooth and welcoming, and any request I had was handled quickly. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent for resting after a long day, and the overall room design felt modern and well-maintained. I also appreciated the bathroom, which was clean and had a relaxing, premium feel. The location is one of the best parts. Situated in the heart of Bukit Bintang, the hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes. Everything is within walking distance, making it very convenient for tourists. Getting around the city is also easy thanks to nearby public transport options. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for comfort, excellent service, and a strategic location in Kuala Lumpur.

Everything about this hotel is great. It is in a great location in the middle of everything. Special thanks goes to the breakfast Restaurant staff Jasin. He provided excellent service and treat my group so well. He has great memory and would greet us every morning . The only problem I have with this place is that they took forever to do the check in and check out .

I stayed here with my kids in July. It was an excellent experience. Customer service at the hotel was excellent; they were very professional and friendly. The hotel has a pool that was very popular with kids, and a good way to wind down in the evening. |The hotel location is perfect. There is lots of shopping right outside of the hotel. There is also a pharmacy and food trucks just steps away. If you venture away from the hotel, you can call a grab and easily get around the city.
