My team had a wonderful experience and shared very positive feedback. The venue was beautiful, clean, and spacious, creating a comfortable environment for our event. The food was delicious, and the parking facilities were convenient and easily accessible. Thank you for the great hospitality, professionalism, and support throughout the event. We truly appreciate the effort from Mr. Danny and the entire Banquet Team, and we look forward to organising future events at Komune Hotel again.

Trip.com· 4 months agoThis was my second time staying at Komune Living & Wellness, and I can honestly say that I am just as satisfied as I was during my first stay.The cleanliness of this hotel is truly outstanding. The moment I entered the room, I was greeted by a fresh and pleasant scent that immediately made me feel comfortable. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. There was no mould, no unpleasant odour, and even the toilet bowl was sparkling clean. It is rare to find a hotel that maintains such a high standard of cleanliness at this price point.Another feature I really appreciate is the refrigerator provided in the room. As someone who likes to bring yogurt, fruits, and healthy snacks while travelling, having a fridge is very important to me. Many hotels in this price range do not offer this convenience.Considering the room rate is only around RM100+, I believe this hotel offers excellent value for money. You get a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room with facilities that make your stay more enjoyable.I will definitely stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for affordable and quality accommodation in Kuala Lumpur. Hotels like this deserve our support because they show that excellent cleanliness and comfort do not have to come with an expensive price tag. I sincerely hope the management continues to maintain these high standards for many years to come.

Tripadvisor· a month agoI am beyond disgusted. After a punishing long-haul flight, my wife and I arrived at 8:00 AM, desperate for a few hours of rest. We had even called ahead to ask for a small bit of humanity an early check-in only to be told with absolute coldness that we had to pay for another full night.When we finally stood at the front desk, drained and pleading for any room as soon as possible, we were met with robotic, rude staff who hid behind 'policy' like a shield against basic decency. They watched us two exhausted human beings forced to sleep in their lobby like we were nothing. For nearly five hours, we watched over 100 guests check out, knowing full well rooms were becoming empty, yet they chose to let us suffer. The 'management' is a joke. They wouldn't even let me speak to the manager, bringing out a helpless substitute who did absolutely nothing but waste more of our time. This hotel has no heart, no soul, and zero professional standards. They didn't just fail us; they actively spoiled our vacation and treated us with utter disrespect. If I hadn't already paid in full, I would have fled this miserable place immediately. Never again Even when they provide the room they provide it without tea coffee water soap shampoo dental kit without anything and when I called them their reply : we are 3 star hotel not providing these stuff however thier rate on booking 4 stars .

Google· a month agoI had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. It offers great value for money, with comfortable public facilities and a park right downstairs. I would especially like to commend your kitchen staff Monayem. He is warm‑hearted and responsible. Instead of reporting uncleaned tableware for fines, he cleans them himself. He also looks after children proactively. His kindness made my stay even better, and he well deserves recognition.

Google· 2 months agoAmazing stay! The rooftop pool on the 5th floor was the highlight—the view overlooking the huge park with storks flying by was absolutely stunning. The food was delicious, and I loved the personal touch of having my last name as the Wi-Fi password and seeing a welcome message with my name on the TV screen. Great service, beautiful views, and a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Google· 3 months agoVoici une version naturelle et équilibrée qui a plus de chances d’être prise au sérieux sur Google : I stayed at Komune Living & Wellness for one month, and overall I had a great experience. The hotel itself is excellent: modern facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, a great atmosphere, and everything is well maintained. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would have happily recommended it. However, there are two major downsides. The first is the Wi-Fi. It is unfortunately very unreliable and often almost unusable. If you’re planning to work remotely or need a stable internet connection, I would not recommend staying here for that purpose. The second issue completely changed my final impression. During check-out, I was charged a cleaning fee because they claimed some towels were stained. The “stains” were simply laundry detergent residue. I explained this several times, as detergent is literally a cleaning product designed to wash clothes and towels, but no one was willing to listen. What disappointed me wasn’t the amount of money itself—it was the way the situation was handled. After staying here for an entire month without a single issue and returning the room in immaculate condition, I expected a little understanding and some appreciation for a long-term guest. Instead, the manager was dismissive, inflexible, and showed no sense of customer service. Rather than taking the overall experience into account and resolving such a minor issue in a reasonable way, they chose to stand their ground despite my explanations. It’s a real shame because this unnecessary interaction at the very end overshadowed what had otherwise been a very enjoyable one-month stay.

Google· 6 months agoI booked a stay for one night. Since i'm using an air asia points, i paid for it very cheap. But if i were to pay the full price which is RM235++ something for one night, it will be a very unpleasant stay. First of all, for RM200+++, the room didn't even have a basic amenities. You need to buy the amenities pouch at the receptionist(which i don't really care because it's a affordable). The room didn't even have a simple stupid tea sachet(which not a must but we're a bit expected it since usually hotel provided it). The room also didn't have microwave(since it's supposed to be a co-living concept and had shared space kitchen but it's not like we can even use it unless we're a member🙄), so we had to eat our food cold. Also the aircond is very weak. We sleep in hot. The staff( the receptionist, the buffet staff) is very kind and helpful. But what turned our experience sour here is the staff on the level 3A. STAFF at level 3A is very RUDE. We come to this hotel expecting we get to use their interesting amenities like the KTV, Sauna, jacuzzi. But it turns out it's for member, which we understand and dididn't even mind even if we can't use it. The problem here, the staff is very rude While me and my sisters wondering why we can't access the facilities, we heard a distant voice "hello!! Hello!". Then again, very rudely, the staff (Who on duty 29/03/26 5pm-6pm) comes and with rude face and tone said "member only" I don't mind if he rude to us If we rude at him first. But we, I just stand in front of the door(didn't even blocking anyone), casually discussing with my sister what should we do next if can't use the facilities. If you are going to hire a foreign worker without qualification to serve at the front of house,at least send him to a basic service knowledge course and make sure they have good manners. Service effecting your reputation. Please find that worker: LEVEL 3A, 5PM-6PM, FOREIGN WORKER WITH PINK SHIRT, 29/03/2026 (a bit chubby guy) To reprimand him or something, because what he did was very rude. Just because we looks like a country bumpkin doesn't mean we're not human and you can treat us like that. Once again, the other staff is very nice. THANK YOU

Google· 3 months agoTried the breakfast buffet and had a pleasant experience. The food selection isn’t huge, but everything was decent and satisfying. There were fresh salads, ayam goreng berempah, cereal, and hot drinks like tea and coffee. One thing I found interesting is that the weekend breakfast buffet is actually cheaper than the weekday buffet (RM18 vs RM25 for adults), making it even better value. Overall, it’s a good place for a simple and filling breakfast. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Would love to see a few more dishes added to the buffet selection, but overall it’s worth a visit, especially on weekends.
