Very happy with all the service providers. Receptionist team was very helpful for arranging our room for early check in due of we have annual dinner to attend. Appreciate so much with the the team effort. Breakfast superB nice. But slightly need improve on the roti canai menu , the roti canai taste was not good and hard.. overall other all good

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ 4/5We had a wonderful stay at M Resort Hotel with our family. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. A special thank you to the team for arranging connecting rooms for us, which made traveling with our family much more convenient. They also provided a baby cot upon request, which we really appreciated.The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and family-friendly.The only downside during our stay was the in-room dining experience. We ordered the miso pasta, but it was extremely salty—so much so that I couldn’t even finish one-third of the portion. It would be great if the kitchen could review the seasoning of this dish.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend M Resort Hotel, especially for families traveling with young children.

For the price witch was reasonable. The room was nice. I believe the place is being updated now. Some of the hotel is dated. Our room was so hot and humid, Air conditioners were not keeping up. So if you stay here, bring a fan. We went to Walmart 5 minutes away and bought a box fan for some kind of relief. Pool and courtyard was beautiful and a one of a kind. Mall is right across from hotel went to Dave and Busters

Our dining experience at the Fairway Coffee House at M Resort Hotel was absolutely perfect. Besides the superb food and service, the biggest surprise for our whole family was the Kopi-o clown! He was full of enthusiasm and humor, a true "balloon artist." The balloons he created on the spot were exquisitely beautiful, full of detail—they were practically works of art! The children were thrilled with their creations, and he even made a special balloon for my father on his birthday, creating a wonderful atmosphere. His performance made the experience incredibly warm and joyful. This high level of interaction perfectly matched the quality of a five-star hotel, and we are very grateful for the wonderful time he made!

Overall, everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The swimming pool was spacious, and all the facilities were well maintained. The only downside was that there was no water tap near the toilet or sink for taking wudu (ablution). It was quite difficult for my 6-year-old child to perform wudu, so we had to use the shower instead. It would be great if the hotel could consider adding a dedicated wudu tap for Muslim guests.

M Resort & Hotel at the golf club just outside of downtown is a great option. Miss Nero at the Hive Lounge took wonderful care of me this evening and the bar staff is friendly and accommodating, the front desk staff is very conscientious and made sure that I was charged the correct price for my stay. The room is clean and spacious and modern, the food is very good, and the pool area is beautiful. The facilities and service at M Spa are also top notch. Looking forward to trying out Darren Chin's restaurant Gai as well.

We had a pleasant stay at M Resort & Hotel Petaling Jaya during our family trip. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers a relaxing environment, making it suitable for families. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool, which is spacious, well maintained, and enjoyable for both adults and children. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a good variety of local and international dishes. It's definitely worth trying if you're staying here. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing to note is that the hotel is slightly away from the main dining areas, so you'll need to drive around 10–15 minutes to find a wider selection of restaurants and local food. However, if you have a car or use Grab, this isn't a major issue. Overall, M Resort offers good value for money with excellent facilities, especially the pool and breakfast. I would happily recommend it to families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Petaling Jaya. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

My first vacation after becoming a mother was meant to be special, but unfortunately, my stay at M Hotel turned it into a nightmare. I don't even know where to begin. The room was unbelievably small. I would never recommend it to a couple traveling with a child, especially if you've requested a baby crib. Once the crib was placed in the room, there was barely any space left to move around comfortably. Housekeeping was another major disappointment. I never received morning housekeeping service, and even during turndown, the room still looked exactly as we had left it. Nothing was tidied or organized, you could find every item in the same place where you had left it. One evening, I approached the front desk to ask if there was any possibility of upgrading to a slightly larger room. I made it clear that I was willing to pay the difference. Instead, I was only offered the Executive Suite, the highest room category,at a significant additional cost. I was told that every other room in the hotel was the same size as the one I was already staying in, which I find very difficult to believe. Breakfast on Sunday was complete chaos. There was a massive queue outside the restaurant just to get a table. When I asked the restaurant hostess about it, she casually said this was "routine." If this happens every weekend, why aren't in-house guests informed in advance so they can plan accordingly? This is especially important for families with young children who wake up hungry and cannot be expected to wait in long lines. I asked to speak to the restaurant manager but was told they were in a briefing. I still struggle to understand what could have been more important than managing the obvious chaos unfolding outside the restaurant. I was assured the manager would call me, but that call never came. For a hotel that markets itself as a five-star experience, breakfast was equally underwhelming. Instead of freshly made barista coffee, guests are left with an outdated self-service coffee machine that felt completely out of place for a property of this standard. What disappoints me most is not just the facilities, but the complete lack of care. No proactive communication, no follow-up, no courtesy call, and no genuine attempt to improve our experience despite raising multiple concerns.
