Google· a month agoI had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur with my family. The hotel is spotless—extremely clean in every corner—and I couldn’t fault anything. What stood out most, though, was the respect and kindness of the hotel staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and truly dedicated to making sure we were comfortable. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had, and I highly recommend it, especially for families. If I return to Kuala Lumpur, I will definitely stay here again!

Google· 2 months agoI had a wonderful 2-night stay at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank the restaurant staff during breakfast. My baby refused to eat because the porridge was too coarse, and one of the staff members kindly offered to prepare a smoother version without us even having to ask. This thoughtful gesture truly made us feel cared for and was greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and having a Starbucks in the lobby was a great convenience. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, especially families with young children.

Service all round was impressive. |Each and every team members I interacted with showed how genuine they were in serving, especially Faizal and Tarmizie. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mercure Shaw Parade. The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious! |We have already recommended some relatives to consider this hotel for our next trip to KL.

Tripadvisor· 2 months agoI redeemed my Accor ALL loyalty points for a 2D1N stay at this hotel with my family. Excellent location of the hotel, within 5-10 mins walk to LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre mall. There is a pedestrian bridge which links the walkway from the hotel direction. Initially, I was a little worried about crossing the busy road, but this link bridge solves the issue. Check-in was a little slow although the front desk staff was friendly. Many documents to print and sign. After presenting my ID to the staff, he needed me to show him the booking reference. I have to access my Accor app to access my booking info. A little inefficient. The car park was a little run down. I drove up to level 5 of the Shaw Parade multi-storey parking where designated car parks for hotel guest are located. More signages should be put up to direct hotel guest to park at the right place closest to the hotel lift lobby. The shopping mall adjacent to the hotel is like an abandoned mall with only a few shops still in operation. There is still a famous Chinese restaurant called Hee Lai Ton Restaurant at level 3 which is famous for dim sum and Cantonese cuisine. The room was clean and comfortable. I was given a room at 14th floor with Berjaya Time Square and KL Tower view. Water purifier machine is installed in the room as alternative to bottled drinking water, an excellent effort towards sustainability, bravo! Staff service was swift. My TV remote controller ran out of battery. The staff came to my room within 5 mins after my call to the front desk. There is mini-Starbucks kiosk stall at the hotel lobby, a nice 'thing' to have in the hotel. I love the rooftop pool side mini-bar area where I could enjoy the breeze and the amazing KL skyline view at night. Breakfast was OK. There are egg and noodle stations, local delight corner as well as vegetarian corners. Overall, a nice place to stay in the heart of KL.

The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and the facilities were well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur and would gladly stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, the view was nice, and the hotel was convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur. 2. A very pleasant hotel experience in KL. Check-in was smooth, the staff were friendly, and the location made it easy to get around Bukit Bintang and nearby attractions. 3. Comfortable, modern, and worth the price. The room felt secure and well maintained, with good water pressure, a comfortable bed, and useful amenities. 4. Strong recommendation for a city stay. The hotel offers a good balance of comfort, service, and location, making it a solid choice for both business and leisure trips.

Google· 4 months agoI absolutely loved my stay here. The room was a great size and spotlessly clean. I loved the huge bath, and also having a hot water tup for instant hot drinks. A great selection for breakfast with just fantastic views and I liked how there were different dishes each day. The pool was also fabulous. I am intrigued though what are the points of the red little ornaments that I was given each breakfast and also with my welcome gift of fruit? Highly recommended location too

Google· 2 months agoFantastic birthday stay! The rooms are immaculate, and the location is absolutely perfect—super close to the CBD and the new TRX shopping mall. A huge thank you to Faizal Razif for his exceptional customer service; he truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. This was my 15th trip to KL but my first time at this hotel, and I’ve finally found my go-to spot. I'm already booking my return stay for the September MotoGP. Highly recommend!
