Google· 3 months agoThe hotel is in a great location, and the rooms and amenities are excellent. I stayed in the One-Bedroom Suite, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The overall cleanliness and facilities were impressive. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The hotel address is not accurate or well known to local taxi drivers, and I was dropped at the wrong location multiple times, which meant taking another taxi to reach the hotel. The reception staff also need improvement. I requested a wake-up call but never received one. I also asked for help with my luggage and waited over 20 minutes, but no one came, so I had to carry it myself. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with great rooms and facilities, but the poor service and reception experience make it difficult for me to recommend it.

From the moment we checked in, the staff displayed incredible warmth and professional care, making us feel genuinely looked after throughout our entire visit. The absolute highlight of our stay was the team's exceptional attentiveness to our dining preferences. Knowing our background, the culinary staff went completely out of their way to specially arrange authentic, delicious Indian food options to accompany the standard morning breakfast buffet. Having a team that proactively takes such great care of international guests’ palates is a rare touch that we deeply appreciated. Additionally, the hotel’s location is hard to beat. Being situated right in Bukit Bintang puts you steps away from Kuala Lumpur's best shopping, vibrant street life, and transit options, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The only minor drawback we noticed was the size of the standard breakfast buffet spread. While the quality of what was served was excellent, the overall variety and number of dishes felt a bit limited. Expanding the daily selections to feature a broader range of international and local hot options would easily elevate the morning dining to a flawless five-star experience. Despite the smaller buffet selection, the incredible staff, customized food care, and perfect location made this an outstanding stay. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur and will certainly return

Google· 4 months agoWe were on a 10 day stay at KL. First 4 days we booked at Marriott Executive Apartments and last 6 days at Pan Pacific. Pan Pacific was more expensive, so my expectations were high. I would suggest anyone reading this comment to just visit the lobby of Marriott and Pan Pacific and that would be enough to see the difference. Here are the details though, we were given a room where there was smoking smell, even though it was meant to be a non-smoking room but not sure if someone was smoking before us or it was coming from ventilation. Anyway the staff helped us change the room. The staff had been nice but generally Malaysian people are nice so not much credit to the hotel there. Linens and towels had smell and stains every now and then. Like the attention to detail was missing at every step and we had to ask for things to get done. And finally to make our trip memorable, the day before our departure I had told the lady at the reception to have breakfast prepared for us for 5:30am checkout. She forgot to note it down and we had to leave without breakfast.

The atmosphere is warm, pleasant, and welcoming. The rooms are excellent, spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness throughout the property is commendable. The staff are extremely cooperative, courteous, and well trained, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!

The room was spotless, and the quality of the furnishings and appliances was exceptional. Every detail reflected thoughtful design, with premium branded appliances throughout the room.The room was spacious and well-equipped, including a washing machine, making it feel more like a comfortable home than a typical hotel room. The furniture was both stylish and comfortable, adding to the overall luxurious atmosphere.Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. There were so many choices available that it was difficult to decide what to eat each morning.Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable staycation. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay.

The location is excellent — within walking distance to the heart of Bukit Bintang, with plenty of attractive restaurants, cafés, malls, and shops nearby, making it very convenient for both leisure and food hunting. The suite itself was very clean and beautifully designed. I really loved the layout of the room as it felt spacious, comfortable, and practical at the same time. The warm lighting throughout the suite created a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that truly made it feel like home. The interior design was elegant with high-quality furniture and comfortable chairs that added a premium touch to the overall experience. Another thing I appreciated was the facilities inside the suite. The big fridge, along with the washing machine and dryer, made the stay even more convenient, especially for longer stays. Everything was well-maintained and spotless. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The swimming pool was one of my favorite parts of the hotel — the view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline was absolutely marvelous, especially at night. The gym was also well-equipped with sufficient equipment for a proper workout session. On the downside, the parking area can feel a bit small and tight when driving up to the parking floors. The lobby atmosphere was also somewhat compact and looked just average compared to the rest of the property. Overall, I would still highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and home-like stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Google· 4 months agoMe and family of 4 really enjoyed the 2 bedroom apartment in the last few days. The room are actual to the photos. The gym is 24hrs which is really great. The location is fantastic and walking distance to many places including TRX. We are there for a food fest. Many great food around the area. The staffs are all super friendly and nice. The lobby can get very rowdy if it’s crowded but we get escorted to the Lounge at 25th floor while we wait for the check in. We will be back again for sure. Good job to the team and thank you we really enjoyed our stay with great amenities.

Google· 4 months agoWe stayed in Kuala Lumpur earlier this year during Chinese New Year and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and well located, only a few minutes’ walk from Pavilion Mall and all the action around Bukit Bintang. There were plenty of fun activities during the stay. The kids enjoyed playing pool and table soccer, which made the place feel relaxed and family-friendly. The breakfast buffet was also a nice inclusion. The spread was not huge, but it was more than enough, and I liked that the special dishes changed each day. One day there was a make-your-own kaya toast station, and another day there was nasi lemak. The room itself was excellent. The bathroom was spacious, the water pressure was great, and I really appreciated having a walk-in wardrobe. We did not use the kitchen much, but the large refrigerator was very handy, and having a washing machine inside the apartment made the stay much easier. One detail that really left a strong memory was the luxury bathroom amenities. I believe they were from Jo Loves by Jo Malone, with a beautiful citrus and herb fragrance similar to lime, basil and mandarin. It made the room feel extra special. Overall, the service was impeccable, the location was extremely convenient, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay in Kuala Lumpur.
