Booked 2 Rooms for 2D1N at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur,overall is worthy and impressed. Room is spacious and comfortable,The toiletries are Le Labo,quite nice touch and premium. Service staff all very polite and helpful,no attitude issues,quite consistent from check-in to room service. Breakfast is semi buffet. Not a lot of choices, but every dish is fresh. Quality is there, not the kind of “many but average” breakfast. For KL 5-star hotels, I think this one is above average. Swimming pool is heated, very comfortable even at night. The changing room also very nice, got spa, sauna, and Dyson hair dryer. Also quite surprised they even provide kids toiletries, small detail but very thoughtful. Overall very comfortable and relaxing stay, will come back again. The only down side is while i already validate the parking ticket,the autopay machine still charged me around RM40+ for parking,it supposed to FOC,already feedback to their management and waiting for a refund.

We had a wonderful family staycation to celebrate my Mum's birthday. The service was impeccable from the Lower Ground Mezzanine (LGM) floor to the check-in lobby at Level 75. The host accompanied us to our rooms and gave a walkabout to show all the amenities. The King Bedroom with Tower View had spacious sofa in the corner where my siblings could gather for a mini celebration with our parents. We booked 3 rooms and was offered complimentary breakfast. The breakfast at Park Lounge at Level 75 is excellent, from the service of the team to the variety and quality of food offered. There is a good buffet selection and also selected items which can be ordered from a menu. The beef noodle soup, shashuka, french toast, kaya toast and half-boiled egg, nasi lemak, crystal prawn dumpling, egg yolk lave buns, egg florentine with smoked salmon are our favourite. There is also good variety of pastries, fresh fruits, salad, cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruit juice, fresh coconut and kombucha (matcha kombucha is our preferred choice). I stated a king sized bedroom.1. Breakfast is outstanding, great premium choices & personalised services- served to the table. 2. Dining at Merdeka Grill is excellent- food is commendable- feel like business lounge ambience.3. We drink unique raste of mocktail at Cacao at level 75 - with KL evening view- great. 4. Room is good, but the king bed is a bit low and the mattress is a bit soft- I prefer it harder. Need a bit more touch up in the room to reflect more identity & elegant. The cupboard where the coffe maker & glass are- i suggest to change to a diff concept. I disappoint that the TV is not internet connection ready whereas other good hotels now are equipped with Netflix & Youtube ready connection via QR.4. The swimming pool is good- warm, huge and covered at 99th floor. Very clean.Overall, very good experience.

Truly one of the best property i've stayed in KL's. Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur located in Merdeka 118 , stands out as one of the tallest hotel in the world where room starts from the 100th Floor all the way up to the 114th. Truly one of a kind stay where you will be awake by fluffy cloud and rays of sunshine. I was greeted by a very warm welcome by the concierge at the lobby and they led me to the express lift to the sky lobby on the 75th Floor. Upon arriving , i was amused by the magnificent view overlooking Kuala Lumpur Skyline at the lobby. My room is located on the 100th Floor , The room was very spacious equipped with a walking wardrobe alongside with a living room. The amenities they use is from Le Labo which is one of my favourite brand other than Diptyque. Hotel Facilities is located on the 99th Floor such as The Swimming Pool , The Spa , Saltstone Sauna , Steam room , and a one of a kind Vitality Pool. I had a really great time using their facilities especially the Vitality Pool and The Swimming Pool. However I noticed that theres a lot of uneven cement in the pool and i almost injured myself when I was using the pool. Lunch at Park Lounge , The staff was attentive with the service and even let me to choose my preferred table. However the restaurant is a bit stuffy. I ordered the Hainanese Chicken Rice is nothing but mediocre. The meal came in cold and the rice was very dry. The chicken was tasteless and Im very disappointed with a restaurant this at this class. The Mille Feuille is one of the best i tried in KL and thats probably one of the reason that i will come back for. The restaurant supervisor make it up to me after i requested another rice and he brought back a complimentary Acqua Panna. Sunset Cocktails at Cacao Mixology and Chocolate is nothing short but fantastic. I had numerous cocktails and this place really know their stuff. The welcome kombucha drinks is really unique with a Chocolate hint. The vibes are immaculate overlooking the Kuala Lumpur Skyline. Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur really stoods up to their name. Its an escape from the urban jungle where everything feel like a paused. From the exceptional hospitality to their beautifully curated property , its truly one of a kind property where you can stay above the cloud. Truly a quiet luxury experience. Will be returning soon for another stay.

I would like to give a special five-star review to Kok Wen Si at the front desk. Wen Si was extremely thoughtful and helpful during our stay. She not only explained the hotel information and facilities to us very clearly, but also personally came to our room to demonstrate how to use the various in-room facilities. Her attitude was very friendly, patient, and professional, which made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. We truly appreciate Wen Si ’s excellent service and would like to give her a special five-star rating. Thank you, Wen Si!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur for the wonderful hospitality and memorable experience throughout my stay. Special thanks to Razi at the swimming pool area for warmly explaining the facilities such as the pool, sauna, and other amenities. It was also a thoughtful gesture when he served us fruits and kombucha after our swim, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to commend Amirul from the dining team for his excellent service. During breakfast on the second day, I initially ordered roti canai through Hazim, but it was mistakenly delivered to another table by Sharma. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I hope the team can improve on acknowledging such situations with a simple apology or proactive follow-up, as it would help guests feel more attended to while waiting. Nevertheless, Amirul handled the matter professionally and ensured we were well taken care of afterwards. My appreciation also goes to Dil Singh from room service/housekeeping for his swift assistance in making up the bed and clearing the rubbish. His polite manner and attention to cleanliness were truly appreciated. At the front desk, Ridwan and Nadhir made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. They even assisted me in creating a World of Hyatt account, which was very helpful. I would also like to thank Danial from the front desk. Although my check-out had already been completed through the online express service, he kindly helped to take several photos for me and my wife. The pictures turned out beautifully and became lovely memories for us. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the Malay lady at the pastries section during breakfast service. She kindly assisted us by serving yogurt and even helped to cut guava for me and my wife, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Her attentiveness and warm hospitality truly enhanced our breakfast experience. In addition, she and another gentleman also went around to each table to share the cinnamon bread with guests. We absolutely loved it and genuinely appreciated the effort and hospitality shown by both of them. Lastly, heartfelt thanks to Ava for her exceptional assistance during our departure. Upon noticing that I was carrying heavy luggage, she immediately offered help and accompanied us all the way to the parking area with a warm smile and professional service throughout. Overall, the hospitality and attentiveness shown by the team truly made our stay special and memorable. Thank you once again for the excellent experience.

We recently visited the Park Hyatt Hotel for drinks at Merdeka 118 in Kuala Lumpur and had such a wonderful experience, largely thanks to Shah from the guest relations/concierge team. He was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly from the moment we arrived. Shah took the time to show us around the hotel and made us feel truly valued and comfortable throughout our visit. His professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude left a lasting impression on us. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the outstanding service we received from Shah was what really stood out. Because of the excellent experience he gave us, we will very likely be making our reservation here. A big thank you to Shah for making our visit so memorable!

This was my second visit at Park Hyatt Bakery Bar. The first visit I purchase their Harumanis Mini Cake & Strawberry Jam for my mother. Taste was perfect. The person who attend me was Sonia and she was very helpful, very good hospitality and entertain me like family. Second visit was today - again to purchase the Strawberry & Balinese Tangerine Marmalade Jam. Sonia assist me and I'm very delightful with her service. You should proud to have a good staff that represent this 5 star hotel. Thank you for your best service. For sure I will visit again to try dine in at their restaurant.
