Google· 3 months agoSuperb stay. It's so centrally located and the room was so spacious and comfortable with a kitchenette and all the necessary utensils too. The upkeep is very good. The bathroom was very clean and the room as a whole was fantastic. The staff are also very helpful and welcoming. The brekafast buffet can be underwhelming for vegetarians. But nothing to worry, there is a KK mart right opposite the hotel and also a 7 eleven store right beside. It's so convenient for everything. The night view from the top floor swimming pool area is so appealing. One must go there to just take in the views of KL. Overall, highly recommended stay!

Google· 4 months agoWe recently stayed at the PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur and had a really pleasant experience overall, largely thanks to the fantastic staff. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The security team was incredibly attentive, always opening doors for us, and the staff were quick to help us handle our luggage with a smile. The location is absolutely perfect. It is well within walking distance to major shopping hubs like Lot 10 and Pavilion, making shopping and exploring incredibly convenient. Plus, you will never go hungry here, there are tons of great restaurants and dining options right downstairs and along the street. The only downside to our stay was the accommodation itself. While clean and functional, the rooms felt quite tired and are starting to show their age. A bit of refurbishment would go a long way in bringing this property up to its full potential. That being done, if you prioritize excellent hospitality, safety, and a prime location, this is still a brilliant place to base yourself in KL. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The location is excellent—just about a 10‑minute walk to the Bukit Bintang shopping areas, which made exploring the city very convenient. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and spacious, offering a relaxing environment throughout our stay. We did encounter a minor issue with the sink clogging, but once we informed the reception, it was promptly taken care of, which reflects well on their service responsiveness. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would definitely return if we were to visit Kuala Lumpur again. For travelers, it’s also worth noting that the hotel is about 30–40 minutes from Subang Airport, making it reasonably accessible.

Google· 2 months agoWe stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The suites are spacious, beautifully designed, and come with great amenities that make a longer stay very comfortable. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, making it incredibly easy to walk to amazing restaurants, street food, and shopping centers, yet the property itself remains peaceful. The staff were warm and attentive throughout our entire stay. The rooftop pool view is a massive bonus! Highly recommend for couples looking for comfort and convenience in KL

Special thanks to Mohamed Elias at the egg station. He was incredibly kind and welcoming to my family, and the eggs he prepared were amazing. His professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out. I would also like to thank Siti and Kavi for their exceptional service. They consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I had a great experience at the hotel. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to others.

Service was impeccable at front office, housekeeping and service staff from the restaurant during breakfast, as well as the doorman. Breakfast variety was decent. Location was convenient to the major shopping malls with a bit of walking. The walk was ok for us as we enjoyed exploring the surrounds. Cons: Room was a bit dated (could see wallpaper peeling off). The hotel is undergoing renovation in phases but it was quiet & we were not disturbed. This is no big issue to us as the service and cleanliness more than made up for it.

Google· 5 months agoThis is a wonderful hotel in a very convenient location. Honestly couldn't fault anything. The staff were all so welcoming and diligent, including the porters at the front entrance and the staff who did a great job keeping our room clean. We had a king studio suite and it was huge and well furnished. Everything spotlessly clean. Location is great being close to several shopping malls which had great food courts, so we didn't bother cooking during our stay but the facilities were there if we needed to. The kitchenette was handy for breakfast. Aircon in the room worked very effectively. There is a small 7-11 right next door. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzis (one of which is heated to a nice temperature) but occasionally an afternoon storm would mean the area had to be closed (understandably!). There is a small gym and laundry room in the hotel but we didn't make use of these. Worth noting that the hotel provides very good quality filtered water in the lobby area and also on top floor so no need to buy bottled water (it is not recommended to drink the water straight from the tap). I think the hotel could do more to promote use of these fountains and stop providing bottled water in the rooms. Would also be nice to see more focus on recycling (no real guidance on it at all) and also sustainability in general (our towels were changed every day even though we did not indicate we wanted them changing). Overall I would say this hotel is excellent value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend
