Tripadvisor· a month agoMy wife and i had our first stay here in Room 2109, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The suites room was beautiful and comfortable, with a lovely higher floor room as requested. A special thanks to Mr. Fikri, the Duty Manager, for being so helpful and patient, especially in explaining the lounge access. On check out, he also assisted us with our luggage and recommended the MRT as an alternative transport option, which made our journey much easier. The breakfast had a great variety too. Thank you, Mr. Fikri, for going the extra mile and making our first stay together so memorable. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Trip.com· 4 months agoStayed at St. Giles Boulevard Hotel in Kuala Lumpur from 21–23 May 2026 and overall had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The room was relatively small, but it was clean, comfortable, and functional for a short stay. The toiletries and in-room amenities provided were reasonably good and sufficient for a comfortable hotel experience.One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. Being directly linked to Mid Valley Mega Mall is a huge plus point, offering guests immediate access to a wide variety of shopping, dining, cafes, supermarkets, and entertainment options. This convenience certainly added great value to our stay.The breakfast buffet spread, however, was rather limited compared to other hotels in the same category. The tea selection was also minimal, with only one English tea option available. Nevertheless, the dining staff made up for it with their excellent service. The waiters and waitresses were attentive, polite, and proactive in attending to guests’ needs. Food refilling was done promptly and efficiently, ensuring the buffet counters were consistently replenished. Their service attitude was commendable.The swimming pool area unfortunately requires improvement and better maintenance. The pool itself was quite small, and the surrounding furniture, including the tables and chairs, appeared old, worn out, and somewhat dilapidated. In addition, the floor tiles around the pool area would benefit from a thorough scrub and refurbishment to enhance the overall ambience and cleanliness.Despite these shortcomings, the hotel still delivered a comfortable and pleasant overall experience, especially due to its strategic location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service staff. A good option for travellers who prioritise convenience and accessibility in Kuala Lumpur.

Google· 3 months agoI had a wonderful coffee experience at St. Giles Boulevard Hotel. The coffee was rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious. I was served by Rosliza (Flutes), who provided excellent service with a great attitude. She was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. Her warm hospitality made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Rosliza (Flutes), for your kindness and outstanding service. I truly appreciate your best hospitality and will definitely come back for another great cup of coffee. Highly recommended!

Google· 4 months agoBooked two rooms, both were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The aircon n heater in both rooms were very strong, definitely a plus point. Another plus point is the USB ports, definitely something appreciated by guests nowadays. Read some reviews that they would spray fragrance in the rooms prior to guests' arrival and i decided to email them prior to our arrival because we are allergic to fragrance and i m glad to say my request was strictly adhered to. Our two rooms were fragrance free for the two nights we were there. There's really nothing to complain about for this hotel, rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast had good variety. I was very surprised that the breakfast on the second day was almost completely different from the first day. Only two very minor issues which i would like to highlight though. Would be good to look into the "almost impossible to see" lift buttons. The stainless steel buttons on stainless steel background made it extremely difficult to find the right buttons, not to mention the same floor buttons are positioned differently in the lifts. Eg, our rooms were on the 16th floor but some No 16 button was near the top of the button panel, while some were nearer the bottom, thereby causing lots of confusion. Another issue is the toilet roll. Would be good if an extra toilet roll was provided. I had to get an extra roll from the housekeeping staff when i spotted their cart along the corridor. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay there.

Google· 3 months agoExcellent service from the hotel. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The staff were incredibly helpful and always met our requests with a smile. Such service made us feel truly valued—especially thanks to Ms. Azlinah, a real superstar. A truly enjoyable stay! The room was spacious, tidy, and equipped with a very comfortable bed. The location is strategic and close to the city center. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back! 🫰🏻

Google· 3 months agoStayed for 2 nights in room #1014. Clean room and bed with no stench. Aircon is cool. Strong hot shower pressure. Fast WiFi. Luggage rack provided. Very good location inside a giant mall. Bring your own toiletries and disposable slippers because the toiletries provided by hotel isn't tamper proof and disposable slippers are quite flimsy. Poor design basin caused water all over the countertop whenever you wash your hands.

In fact they do have a few hotels outside of Malaysia including the Philippines and one near London Heathrow Airport UK but some times under a sister company brand eg Tuscany New York. |Many travellers might want to stick to familiar brands but I would thoroughly recommend you give St Giles Boulevard Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur a try. It’s central for many tourist spots and travel hubs. It is also located alongside the Mid Valley Megamall where you can shop ‘til you drop and has many eateries. |We have stayed there three times and have even taken our daughters and grandchildren there. They have an amazing swimming pool, gym and restaurant on the 9th floor. The pool also caters for children and the breakfasts in the restaurant are to ‘die for’. If you like Malaysian cuisine you will love this but they also cater for other nationalities. So you won’t be disappointed. |The front desk Manager Hadri Mohammed is so approachable and nothing appears to be too much trouble. He really looked after us on all our trips and is a real gem for this hotel to have. |Also we can commend Adi and Tina in the restaurant and Hanif on the lobby reception desk and Chandra (porter at entrance). All are very friendly and super efficient at their jobs. |Well done to St Giles Boulevard we will definitely be back.

Google· 9 months agoWe have been stayed in this hotel for the past 4 years as part of our shopping trip. This time we stayed at 1511 and the room was very clean and enough for three of us. This is the first time, our little baby girl stayed in this hotel and she is very enjoying woth the robot at the main floor and cleanest of the room. The room seems a bit small, but enough for three of us. The check in was fast with very friendly and professional receptionist. Thank you. Breakfast, this is our 1st time we have the hotel breakfast and it seems like less choice and the egg section was not very friendly- highly recommend more friendly stuff. Environment in the restaurant was great. Maintenance team, best team! They check the mini fridge that was not working and replace them immediately. Housekeeping, i requested three towels and was delivered within 15 minutes. Check out was smooth and quick. Once again, the front receptionists maintenance team, Housekeepingand restaurant servers were very friendly and professional. Couple items, I hope each floor have a ice machine and might promote slogan animal toys for kids or baby during check in. That would be cool and the kids will absolutely remember which hotel to come back next time. Thank you.
