🌟 Excellent Stay & Outstanding Customer Service! 🌟 A special shout-out to Jenny from the Front Desk! 🙌 I accidentally left my TNG cards in the room after checking out, and I was truly amazed by how she took the initiative to help retrieve them for me. Her genuine care and excellent customer service really made a lasting impression. ❤️ The room was fantastic — beautiful design, complete amenities, a nice environment, and an amazing view of Menara KL. 🌆 The location is also very convenient, with easy access to various places, including train stations and shopping malls.|I’m so glad I chose to stay here. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to in the future! |⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you, Jenny, for going the extra mile! 👏✨

Had a wonderful stay at Starus Hotel during our trip to Malaysia. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The overall ambience is pleasant and relaxing, and the property offers great value for money. We stayed in the Tangerine Room, which I would definitely recommend. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The room service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. For around CAD $70 per night, we felt the hotel offered excellent value. One thing to keep in mind is that a RM100 cash deposit is required at check-in, so make sure to have cash available. Other than that, everything was smooth and hassle-free. With its central location, good service, comfortable rooms, and reasonable pricing, I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

I am disappointed with the service provided by the receptionist on 13 June at approximately 3:30 PM. The receptionist, an Indian lady, did not smile, appeared to be in a bad mood, and was not welcoming towards guests. When I asked whether there were any requests noted in my booking, she immediately said there were none. However, the request was clearly stated in my reservation. This gave the impression that she had not taken the time to review the booking details properly before responding. As paying guests, we expect to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, the attitude displayed by this receptionist made us feel unwelcome, as though we were disturbing her rather than being valued customers. I hope the hotel management will address this matter seriously and provide additional customer service training to ensure a better experience for future guests. I booked this hotel as a special gift for my employee in appreciation of her hard work and dedication to our company. I wanted her to enjoy a pleasant and memorable stay. Unfortunately, the way we were treated by the receptionist made us feel as though we were not welcome or not worthy of staying at this hotel. Every guest should be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of who they are. This experience was disappointing and left a negative impression on what was meant to be a special occasion. #room 608

My partner and I stayed at Starus Hotel Bukit Bintang for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, with easy access to Bukit Bintang’s shopping malls, restaurants, and nightlife, making it very convenient for a short couple’s getaway.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made our stay relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a one-night stay. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free.One of the highlights was the hotel’s central location, allowing us to explore the area on foot without needing transportation. Despite being in a busy part of the city, the room was reasonably quiet, which helped us get a good night’s rest.Overall, Starus Hotel Bukit Bintang offers good value for money and is a great choice for couples looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Kuala Lumpur. We would consider staying here again on a future visit.

Stayed 5 nights at SGD 252.36 via Trip.com about SGD 50.47 per night. Booked a window room on level 13 with 2 single beds. Window room but surprisingly never heard any road noise or prayer call the entire stay. Room is slightly smaller than other budget hotels I've stayed at in Bukit Bintang and gets quite dark at night , I ended up using the TV as a light source. Wall insulation is not the best I can hear noise from the room behind the bed if neighbours are loud. I play rain sounds to sleep so it didn't bother me personally, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs or a white noise app just in case. One concern I spotted a small cockroach near the room door on one occasion. It disappeared under the floor near the safe before I could deal with it. Hoping it was a one-off but worth flagging. Only 4 lifts for the whole hotel so expect some waiting during busy periods. The swimming pool is the highlight for me I went every day. Clean most of the time, sometimes had it all to myself. Open 8am to 8pm but gets quite dark after that so morning or afternoon is the best time to go. Added breakfast for 1 day at RM 25 decent spread with fried rice, chicken, spring rolls, fish balls, fruits, cereals and drinks. Worth it once since eating out at restaurants nearby costs more, but no point having the same spread every day. Daily housekeeping was consistent throughout. Would stay again if the price stays similar the pool makes the difference for me compared to other budget options in the area.

I stayed at Starus Hotel Bukit Bintang for 12 nights, which gave me enough time to experience the hotel and the surrounding area. The hotel is a good choice for anyone who wants to explore Kuala Lumpur and experience the city in general. Its location is very convenient, with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and entertainment options. It is especially suitable for those who enjoy nightlife, as the surrounding area is very lively, with a nearby night market offering many restaurants and a wide variety of food choices. The rooms are generally good and comfortable, especially on the higher floors. Based on my experience, I would particularly recommend the 15th, 16th, 17th, or 18th floors. However, one important thing to consider is the noise around the hotel, especially if you stay on the lower floors. There are several nightclubs nearby, and the area can become quite busy and noisy at night. Therefore, light sleepers should definitely consider requesting a room on a higher floor. Overall, after staying here for 12 nights, I found it to be a good hotel with an excellent location, particularly for travelers who want to explore Kuala Lumpur, enjoy its nightlife, and have plenty of restaurants and entertainment options within walking distance.

1. Very close with the main night market 2. Staffs are friendly and informative too ❤️ 3. Room design is great and comfortable. I got the tower view and it's really beautiful 4. The restaurant is too small for a big hotel like this. Also, some waiters can't speak English or Malay :( 5. When I stayed here, there was like a room renovation or something so for some mornings, it was really annoying that it woke me up. The drilling sound was heard until my room. But the outdoor crowd from the road was not heard at all. Good soundproof but not good enough to not block the drilling sounds. 6. The build bidet in the toilet and the shower can be adjusted. Plus point!!
