I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to help, which made my stay comfortable and stress-free. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities I needed. I especially loved the view of the tall, beautiful buildings of Kuala Lumpur, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient, with lots of food options nearby, including Chinatown. I also liked that they provided daily housekeeping. Transportation was easy as well, with many waiting areas where you can quickly book a Grab ride. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay. It offers great value for money and is ideal for both short and long visits.

Check in was smooth and requires a refundable RM50 deposit. Room was decent size. Clean but has a bit of mold in the bathroom. Nice and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping daily so things are kept fresh. Location is right in the middle of Chinatown area. MRT/LRT within walking distance. Lots of eateries around.

Excellent Location and good rooms, downstairs is Mixue Ice cream. Also the rooms are good size with fridge and good TV channels. Most of all the beds are very good. The bathroom is new too. There are too many food shops nearby. I did not use the breakfast option. The check in process is good with Rm 50.00 deposit. I also like the location. The hotel reception has new Bibles for takeaway. Edit for 27 -28 May 2026 Based on the good service of this hotel I came again.i received a better price.I thank the receptionists.Also I met and talked with Mr Anthony Tan,the Operations Manager.Most of all the room was excellent with all the good facilities.The TV service was informative with CNA channel.And in the morning I enjoyed the breakfast.The food was delicious.Also I felt more welcome this time.The location of the hotel is superb.I will load the pictures soon.

Very accomodating staff. We request to check in early because we arrive in the hotel early and they granted us with no additional charge. The city view in our room os great. The night market gives you a variety of food to choose. Breakfast buffet is limited but serves tasty food.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. During breakfast, I literally saw a rat running through the kitchen. That was completely unacceptable. This hotel is rated as a 3-star property, but based on my experience, it does not even deserve a 1-star rating.

We stayed here as part of a group tour, with two rooms booked for our family. We didn’t expect a five-star experience, but at least something decent or good service to make up for it. Unfortunately, both rooms were in poor condition. Dark, musty smell, worn-out carpets, and visible mold. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, which made the stay very uncomfortable. We tried calling reception several times with no answer, so we went down personally. The staff was rude and dismissive. A technician was sent but only briefly checked the A/C and asked us to observe but nothing improved. This went on for over an hour while we were sweating in the rooms. In the end, we had no choice but to check out before midnight and transfer to another hotel. There was no apology and no effort to resolve the issue or offer a room change. The only positive is the location. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Stayed at one of the suites. Very ideal for families. Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were complete. Views from the suite were awesome. Directly facing Menara 118, and can see Twin Towers and KL Tower from another angle. Location is ideal for food, Petaling Street and many attractions.

This hotel is in great location in Chinatown. Great street food & markets just steps away from the front door. The rooms are average, but ok for the price. Breakfast doesn't offer a lot of choice.
