Let me be upfront: if you’re here to film your morning pool routine with the Petronas Towers as a backdrop, you’ll love The Face Style. If you’re just a regular traveller, it’s still a solid choice — just go in with eyes open.|The pool is genuinely spectacular. The infinity views over KL are as good as the photos suggest. The problem? Everyone else knows this too. At any given moment, half the pool deck is occupied by someone filming themselves rather than actually swimming. It’s less a place to relax and more a live TikTok set. Get there before 8am and it’s a completely different, magical experience.|Room finishes are better than the price point suggests — good quality, clean and modern. Genuinely impressive value for money in one of KL’s most central locations.|One operational gripe — the lifts. The warnings online are completely accurate. With a hotel full of influencers heading poolward at peak hours, the wait can feel endless.|The verdict: stunning pool, comfortable rooms, great value and location. Just don’t expect a tranquil retreat. 😂

I had a pleasant stay at Face Style Hotel in Osaka. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a stylish design that made the stay feel more premium than expected. The room was well-maintained, cozy, and had everything needed for a relaxing trip.One of the best parts was the convenient location, with easy access to nearby train stations, shopping areas, and many food spots. It made exploring Osaka very convenient and efficient. The surrounding area was lively, yet the hotel itself was comfortable and peaceful for resting.The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay, making check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money for travelers looking for a clean, modern, and well-located place to stay in Osaka. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the city.

This hotel gets a bad rep because it’s busy. It’s busy because it’s great! We loved the size of our premium king room, and also enjoyed the gym and pool. If you just work around the peak times for pool and reception etc, your stay will be great. Good value for c£75 a night too! Thing to know: - Avoid the pool at busy times (10am/6pm etc) - Pay the deposit on arrival IN CASH - avoids up to a month waiting time - The hotel provides you with water bottles as part of room service, daily - There might not be a washing machine in the room, despite it saying online. -reception can get busy at peak times

Beautiful location right in the hard of KL. First impressions were good however on arrival the reception staff were rude and not helpful. Once we finally got to our room, the room was lovely. Neat and tidy with everything needed for our 4 night stay. The beds were super comfortable along with the couch. Large fridge and freezer to stock everything we needed along with a large kitchen. |The down side to this hotel is the huge wait for the lifts up and down to anywhere. Sometimes waiting over 10 mins to get in the lift. Pool was okay, pretty cold with ALOT of people videoing and taking photos which made us feel uncomfortable with our child. The security staff in this area were beyond rude with different rules for different people. The rules seem to only apply depending on the colour of your skin. |The restaurant staff really made our stay as they were kind and so welcoming. We loved being greeted by them each day and they had amazing eye to detail, the food including the breakfast was wonderful.

Overall, my experience at Face Suite Apartment Hotel was generally good. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment; one room was comfortable, while the other was noticeably very small. The service was good and the staff were helpful throughout the stay. On the first day, I had a serious concern regarding cleanliness, as there was a cockroach in one of the bedrooms which I removed. While the staff offered pesticide spraying, this was not a practical solution during an occupied stay and highlighted a lapse in hygiene standards. The requirement for a security deposit was also unusual. Breakfast was served in an adjacent building, the Face Style, and was ok. Overall, the stay was decent, but improvements in room standards and cleanliness would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Stayed here for 5D4N with my colleagues. Pros: The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The place is clean and bottled water was topped up daily. The staffs really work hard making sure the stay is comfortable for their guests. There was a day we came back mid day and they were actually changing the ceiling light bulb for us in the bathroom as they saw it was dimmer than usual (we didn’t noticed). The breakfast is VERY good. Please book the breakfast if you are staying here. They have different variety of noodles, chicken etc throughout our stay and they tastes so good. Do visit their rooftop bar for a good meal with a view! The staffs there are friendly and the food is good! Cons: 1) Need to on the switch for the water heater. On our first night we didn’t know and all of us had to bathe with cold water.. 2) Cigarettes smell along the corridor 3) Need to wait long for the lifts

**4/5 Stars – Luxurious Stay with Iconic Views!** The Face Suites Hotel delighted with impeccable cleanliness and spacious, well-appointed rooms. Breakfast was a highlight—diverse, fresh, and delicious, perfect for starting the day. The sky deck provided jaw-dropping panoramic views of KL Tower and Maybank Tower, especially at sunset. Slightly disappointed not to get a higher floor room, but still an exceptional choice for comfort and luxury in Kuala Lumpur.

I recently spent two nights at this hotel for a staycation and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk to KLCC, which made it so convenient to explore the area. This hotel is ideal for group travelers as it offers spacious rooms and plenty of common areas to hang out together. The e-hailing services around the area are also very convenient, making it easy to get around the city with minimal hassle. For the price, I’d definitely say it’s value for money. The amenities were great, and the level of service matched the cost. The highlight for me was the Level 51 infinity pool — the night view was absolutely stunning, with the sparkling lights of the city skyline making it the perfect spot to relax and take in the sights.
