Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night before heading to Malacca, and we truly wished we could have stayed a few more days.We booked a Deluxe Two-Bedroom Apartment with a kitchen at a very reasonable price. It provided plenty of space for our family of four, making it a comfortable choice for travelling with two children.One thing we absolutely have to mention is the bedroom. The room was wonderfully dark at night, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We all had a fantastic night's sleep, which is exactly what every parent needs while travelling!The rooftop infinity pool was another highlight of our stay. The view was absolutely stunning. Although it was a little crowded at times, it was still a very enjoyable experience.We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at THE FACE Suites Kuala Lumpur. The suite was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed especially with the Petronas Twin Towers in the background. The location is also great, with the Petronas Twin Towers and many other attractions nearby. Overall, an amazing experience and definitely a place I would stay at again. Highly recommended

I recently stayed at The Face Suites during the MAH Towerrunning Championship 2026, and overall, it was a great experience. One of the main reasons I enjoyed staying here was the location. It was very convenient as the event venue was nearby, making it easy to travel back and forth without having to worry about traffic or long commuting times. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing after a busy day at the event. The amenities provided were sufficient, and the facilities met my expectations. The cleanliness of both the room and common areas was good, and despite being located in the city, the noise level was minimal, allowing for a comfortable stay. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. For the price paid, I found The Face Suites to offer good value, especially considering its strategic location and spacious accommodations. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at Face. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room appeared to be located right next to a ventilation shaft, and the constant noise made it very difficult to get any sleep. The rooftop pool on the 51st floor is certainly impressive, but it was extremely crowded during our stay. Many guests seemed to be there primarily for photos and social media content, which took away from the overall experience. The elevator situation was also frustrating. Waiting times could easily reach 15 minutes, and once inside, the elevators stopped on numerous floors, making it a slow and inconvenient process. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Anyone considering this hotel should be aware that it is a large high-rise property, which naturally means heavy elevator traffic and a less personal atmosphere. Unfortunately, we also found the staff to be rather indifferent and not particularly welcoming. Overall, while the hotel has some attractive features, the noise, overcrowding, and service issues meant that it did not meet our expectations.

I made a direct booking with the hotel, and my overall stay had ups and downs worth sharing for future guests. The good: Check-in was smooth, the staff (a lady and a gentleman were great, I believe the gentlemen of Indian/Pakistani origin was very courteous, respectful, and made us feel welcome from the start. Rooms are decent and comfortable, though not a "wow" experience, functional rather than memorable. The check-out experience, however, was not great. My check-out time was 12:30 PM which was extended to 1 PM and I had requested a 30-minute grace period, bringing it to 1:30 PM. I called the bellboy three times for luggage pickup, and by the time he arrived, coming down from the 23rd floor on notably slow lifts, it was already 1:40 PM. So the delay was entirely due to hotel service timing, not any fault of mine. Despite this, I was being charged penality 100 Ringgit for late check-out. I explained the situation calmly and asked for it to be waived given the circumstances, the staff waived the fee and was warning me next time no grace period will be given they took security deposit of 300 to get back my money i was calm but he made me feel that it was a favor I let it go without argument, but it wasn't really about the 100 Ringgit. It was about how the situation was handled. A broader observation: Throughout the stay, I noticed a pattern where other nationalities seemed to get quicker, more attentive service, even when we were first in line. some staff, especially the two I mentioned during my check inn were genuinely warm and professional. But the overall feeling at check-out was that as an Indian tourist, I wasn't a priority. Coming from a culture where we treat guests as "Atithi Devo Bhava" (The guest is God), The hotel looks polished and glamorous, but true hospitality, the kind that makes a guest feel valued regardless of where they're from was missing in key moments. Would still consider the location and rooms and the view was great, but hospitality and consistency in guest treatment need real improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at Face Suites on last Saturday, and it was truly a memorable experience. A special thanks to Ms. Ilankuyili, who managed and organized everything so well. Her warm hospitality, professionalism, and prompt assistance made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. When we requested a baby cot, she arranged it immediately. I had a really enjoyable stay at The Face Suites Kuala Lumpur. The hotel was quite busy during my visit, but it still managed to deliver a great experience overall. One of the standout highlights was the spectacular view—especially from the swimming pool, which offers a stunning perspective of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The view from the room window was truly breathtaking. The bathroom was exceptionally spacious and beautiful designed, easily one of the most impressive I have ever experienced in a hotel. The pool area also provided a beautiful view of the city, making the entire stay unforgettable. Overall, it's a truly luxurious hotel that delivers an outstanding experience from every angle.
