Google· 4 months agoHad a wonderful breakfast at the Traders Lounge at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of delicious local and international choices, making it a great way to start the day. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the view added to the overall experience. A very special thank you to Oliver for his exceptional service. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, making sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. His warm hospitality and genuine care truly made my dining experience a memorable one. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a great breakfast with outstanding service!

Tripadvisor· a month agoYou can’t get a better hotel than Traders in terms of location. Excellent views of the Petronas twin towers and a short walk away to there, suria and Bukit bintang. The room was fantastic we had the family room with seperate bunk beds for the kids and a ps5 to keep them busy. The house keeping staff were also superb. The club lounge was fantastic we enjoyed delicious food there and lovely mocktails. Pamela went above and beyond and so did the other staff. Although the breakfast is superb and a huge spread. I feel like they’re understaffed and it affected the experience as we had to wait very long time for items to get replenished sometimes up to 10 minutes if you wasn’t quick then you won’t get the food as others will take it. The egg station some days there was only 1 staff and that took a long time. Checkout was a pain there was miscommunication with the staff and it took forever and we had a flight to catch. It took over 20 minutes and then we could leave. My 6th or 7th time staying here and I hope to return.

Trip.com· 4 months agoMy first time booking with traders hotel as the hotel is facing the magnificent view of the petronas twin tower. Check-in process is smooth and friendly. Had a free room upgrade as the room is not available. As if is our anniversary, we got a mini box of chocolate and it tasted really good. For the breakfast, not too bad but can be better. Overall, I would stay at traders hotel.

Google· 7 months agoI love this hotel especially the amenities becauss it is rare to get hair band as ameneities! And also they provide hair comb which is not common in many hotel. And thanks for upgrade to highest floor. The breakfast also quite good has many varieties. The kind size bed fit 2 adult and 2 kids and it is comfortable. The room is quite spacious too. Love the klcc view. And if weather is good and clear, you can see Genting Highland from your room We asked for complimentary birthday celebration , we got chocolate birthday cake after we check in and the cake taste average

Google· 2 months agoIt’s been a while since we were treated so well from Hoteliers these days but with Traders Hotel KL, it was unexpectedly overwhelmingly good! From concierge to check in, very comfortable room and perfect location to go about in the city. A must compliment the F&B team for their above and beyond services and hospitality for our small event group. Everything was meticulously planned for private room with special seating arrangements, perfectly curated brunch menu and professional service from the banquet team. Could not ask for better! From the bottom of our hearts, a big thank you and kudos to all the F&B team for making our event successful and leaving us with great memories. We highly recommend Traders Hotel KL and will definitely come back!

The hotel is in a beautiful location, and every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The buffet at Gobo Chit Chat was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes to suit every palate. It was one of the highlights of our stay, and we looked forward to every meal. A very special thank you to Izat from Gobo Chit Chat, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Since we were traveling with young children, he always made sure we had a comfortable dining table and took great care of us. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care truly stood out. We would also like to thank Rini, Zeb, Olivia, Oliver, Yoke, and Shah for their warm hospitality and friendly service. Every one of them greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel so welcome. A special mention to Yoke, who was incredibly helpful in recommending kid-friendly attractions and sharing useful local information, making our family trip even more enjoyable. Thank you all for making our holiday so special. We highly recommend Traders Hotel to anyone, especially families traveling with young children, and we look forward to returning.
