I would never recommend this hotel! Costa Rica was going thru a natural disaster, we couldn’t fly into Liberia and they still REFUSED to refund our money. I’ll be telling everyone I know to stay away from this hotel, absolutely awful customer service.

Pro: Beautiful view of the arenal volcano from my room. Enjoyed the jacuzzi, only 1-2 ppl there every time i went. Room and bathroom was spacious. Pool towels are provided with stay. AC was cold. Wifi works great in lobby and room. Lots of parking available (2 lots) and security guard available 24/7- felt safe. Con: Horrible lighting in the room to do makeup. No full body size mirror *Can’t really comment on service because we opted out of room service for our 4 day stay. Visited in May and it was raining a lot.

Pretty hotel location. Rooms are nice. We were given a room on the fourth floor. However the elevators weren’t work except when we checked in. We had to haul our luggage down the stairs. At least the staff could have mentioned about the problem. There is no place to keep the soap bar while showering. The hot water took 20 minutes to flow when I wanted to have a shower in the evening. I would not recommend this place for over $200 per night.

This resort is Amazing. Very clean, it was quiet while we were here.. The staff was helpful and some of the friendliest hotel staff I have encountered The view from the garden rooms was beyond words.

This hotel was an absolute dream spot. The view was phenomenal from every room, the pool area was amazing and the secluded hot tubs made it feel like you were in a private oasis looking at the Arenal Volcano. Staff were incredibly kind, rooms were maintained well. One minor complaint would be that the pool bar closed immediately following happy hour which led to a bit of confusion to those just starting to enjoy the energy. The surrounding area felt extremely safe to walk around in and made the hotel a really good central spot for us. We highly recommend this spot and we will be returning here ourselves.

We only stayed an overnight here on our caravan tour it was located on a busy street with some local eateries and souvenir stores. You get a beautiful view of arenal volcano from the rooms and they had a nice swimming pool with several hot tubs. The buffet was included with our tour and it was de cent . Also hot springs were located close to the hotel.

Such a lovely name for a hotel, but didn’t apply to this one. We stayed here 3 nights. The rooms were okay. There were limited amenities. The food was really bad. I didn’t think you could mess up breakfast, but they did.

This hotel was built on the cheap and should be a 1 star. The dead bolt doesn't work, The shower head is a rain shower , the soap dish in the shower is the window sill. The restaurant staff is inept and untrained. Never saw a manager overlooking. Food is mediocre, . It's a beautiful hotel. There is no microwave. Wines are good choices. There are very few electrical outlets available. Only one. Ownership is independent and not accountable to quality standards. I have managed restaurants and hotels. It may only survive because the other hotels are booked and they have rooms available. The AC remote is impossible to understand and there are no English speaking channels on TV. The channel guide is frustrating to use as it takes a moment to change channels. The soiled toilet paper can not be flushed and goes in a small trash can. The Court yard and pools are beautiful and you can easily see Arenal.
