Beautiful hotel very close to all public transports, easy to arrive at from the airport. Its strenghts are a very competent, precise and thoughtful cleaning staff, skilled cooks (for breakfast), and very avaiable and kind receptionists which gave us many suggestions of where to go when we asked them, and allowed us to have the perfect vacation. When we will come back go Lisbon we'll be sure to book here again!

Great hotel in a good location, right by multiple metro stops and food places/shops. Newly refurbished rooms and friendly staff. Air con worked great, only issue was the noise from outside and traffic but it isn’t bad. Would definitely stay again, thank you for the free fruit and pastries!

Slightly disappointing stay, although there were positives too!|Reception staff were friendly and helpful, including storing our luggage due to both our early arrival and late departure.|We had booked a double room but were given a twin - we were too tired to complain by the time we checked in, not helped by the fact that the telephone in the room was not working (the cable was lying on the floor)! The bathroom door took a shoulder charge to open or close it, there was no plug for the bath and the plug in the wash hand basin didn’t stop the water from going down the drain.|On the positive side the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was limited, especially with hot food (and on the first morning it could not even have been described as lukewarm). |Nice location beside a lovely park, but absolutely no soundproofing in the room.

I stayed here for two nights as a solo traveller on my first-ever trip to Lisbon. The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro. It takes about thirty minutes to get there by train from the airport. Very convenient. It's right next to a beautiful park, which also has a church. You are within walking distance of all major sites, including the water, and the castle of LIsbon. There are many restaurants and grocery stores near the hotel, and also a big mall. The hotel itself is quality. The room has nice decor, especially the bathroom. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. And there were even bathrobes. Mucho nice. Thank you very much!

We generally enjoyed our stay in Lisbon and found the hotel to offer good value for money. Most staff members were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we experienced a serious issue regarding an excursion booking arranged through a hotel employee. We paid for a Sintra tour directly at the hotel, but due to an internal mistake, the booking was never made. As this happened on the last full day of our trip, we had no choice but to arrange expensive last-minute private transportation in order to visit the planned locations. What is most disappointing, however, is not only the original mistake, but the complete lack of proper follow-up afterwards. We have now spent more than two months trying to resolve this matter privately through multiple polite emails and follow-ups. Despite receiving assurances that the case was under internal review, we ultimately stopped receiving any meaningful response at all. It is unfortunate, because this situation could have been resolved professionally with proper communication and customer care.

The staff- Lovely and very helpful. Rooms - Cleaned to a good standard daily. Location- Great location, near 2 major Metro stations and also lots of bus stops. Breakfast - tiny plates , strange bacon, bread tasted stale (might be because it is placed next to the grill and it is heating up and cooling down constantly) & at time the food was cold. The eggs were good as was the coffee. Over all it was a good experience and I recommend this hotel.

A small but lovely hotel with supper frendly staff. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but very clean and well looked after. For a city hotel they're actually quite spacious. Breakfast is simple and could be refilled a bit faster, but the coffee is really good! The hotel is in a quiet spot right across from a park, so it's nice and peaceful at night. There are a few restaurants right next door too. We explored Lisbon on foot from here - our longest walk was all the way to Belém Tower (about 8km). Besides the main highlights, we also found some great spots: the 3D Fun Art Museum, the local zoo, a street art route, and we loved the sparkling wines made from the Baga grape. We had a fantastic holiday here. Great value for money overall!

A refurbished older small room hotel with a great breakfast and staff (Marta in particular) who did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and very helpful with tourist information. Close to major shopping and hop on off City Sightseeing Lisboa bus (3) routes. TV and fridge in the room. Narrow single beds good supply of hot water in a modern shower only bath. AC worked well.
