An amazing hotel, I am so happy with my stay! Super location right in the center. Everything is fresh, pleasant, and very clean. The bed is comfortable, the shower is great, and the AC works perfectly. They also provide drinking water. Breakfasts are awesome! On top of that, it has the best price for this level of comfort. Will definitely come back!

Lovely place, great location with lots of Halaal places to eat nearby. I wouldve given 5 stars but the hotel was only a room and not much else. Breakfast buffet was 16 euros per person which is quite expensive. The location is quite close to the bus and train.

The male dark skin portugese receiptionist in the day time in june 2026 are so unhelpful. This was a disappointment as i thought this was a 4 star hotel however i dont recommend its just pretty on the outside. You will see its a mistake and waste of your money!!! I had left 200$ tobbaco in the room and informed them about it and no one had reported it. Failure hotel dont trust them!!

Honestly, I was dissatisfied with the experience. It was supposed to be a gift for my boyfriend, but the receptionist immediately appeared uncomfortable when he realised we were *******************. We were not exactly badly treated, but there was no friendliness or genuine pleasure in welcoming us. When we checked out, he did not even ask whether we had enjoyed our stay. He simply tried to get us out as quickly as possible… seriously disappointing… I have been treated better in much more affordable hotels. I genuinely felt contempt. The breakfast was also poor. There was a yoghurt cake so dry it did not even seem fresh. There is no parking either. I do not recommend it.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. While the facilities were generally okay, it was clear that the property needs urgent maintenance and upgrades. The rooms themselves felt small and confining — the windows are very small and give the space an almost cell-like feel. This significantly detracted from the comfort of the stay. More concerning were the linens and towels provided. The bedding and towels are very worn and should be urgently replaced. Pillowcases were too small for the pillows, fraying and looking very old, and the towels were similarly tired and starting to unravel. These are basics you would expect to be in excellent condition at a hotel claiming a four-star rating, but sadly that wasn’t the case here. Overall, the hotel does not offer true four-star standards. For a short overnight stay it was tolerable, but the overall impression was one of disappointment rather than comfort or quality. I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

Extremely Poor Handling of Lost Property, Serious Security Concerns, and Refusal to Provide Any Remedy I stayed at this hotel in September 2025. After checking out and while I was already at Lisbon Airport, the hotel proactively contacted me to inform me that my mobile phone had been left in the room. I immediately asked whether the phone could be sent to the airport via a third-party service such as Uber. This request was refused. Instead, I was assured that the phone would be securely stored and returned to me “in its original condition” when I next visited Lisbon. Relying on this assurance, I travelled from the UK to Lisbon in January 2026 specifically to retrieve the phone. On 4 January 2026, I went to the front desk to collect it. I was assisted by the same front desk employee who had handled my check-in and check-out in September 2025. He spent nearly twenty minutes searching throughout the hotel but eventually stated that the phone could not be found and asked me to return the next day. On 5 January 2026, I returned to the hotel. A different front desk employee assisted me. After verifying my identification and stay details, he retrieved my phone from a staff working room next to the front desk. The phone was completely out of battery and powered off. In the public front desk area, under staff supervision and camera coverage, the employee connected the phone to a charger. At no point did I touch or operate the phone during this process. Once the phone powered on, I immediately noticed several serious abnormalities: • All data had been erased, including personal and family photos, personal information, and saved passwords, indicating that the device had been factory reset. • I attempted to call the phone, but the call could not be completed. • I opened the SIM tray and found that the SIM card had been physically removed. • Most concerningly, after the reset, the phone automatically connected to a WiFi network clearly labelled as “staff WiFi”. Staff WiFi and guest WiFi are separate networks, and access credentials for the staff network are not available to guests. When I raised these issues, staff stated that they did not know what had happened, while simultaneously insisting that: 1. the phone had never been touched since it was found, and 2. it had always been stored in the staff working room next to the front desk. These statements are inconsistent with the observable facts. If the phone had never been accessed, there is no reasonable explanation for it being factory reset, having its SIM card removed, and connecting to a staff-only WiFi network. This is further contradicted by the fact that on 4 January, the phone could not be located despite an extended search, yet on 5 January it was quickly retrieved from the front desk work area. Following this incident, I contacted the hotel seeking a reasonable explanation, an apology, or basic compensation. The hotel has explicitly refused to apologise or offer any form of compensation. Furthermore, when I requested that CCTV footage from the front desk and relevant areas be reviewed or provided to help clarify what happened, the hotel refused to provide or cooperate in reviewing the CCTV, despite repeatedly referencing cameras and secure storage in its explanations. I am willing to take legal responsibility for the accuracy of everything stated above. These are not assumptions or emotional claims, but a clear and verifiable sequence of events. The hotel promised that my phone would be returned “in its original condition”, yet what I received was a device that had clearly been altered while under the hotel’s custody. This experience raises serious concerns about this hotel’s lost property management, internal security procedures, and transparency when issues arise. If a hotel cannot safeguard a lost personal item or explain what happened to it, guests should reasonably question how well their property and personal privacy are protected. I would not recommend leaving personal belongings at this hotel, and I will not stay here again.

I stayed for one night, and feel great for the room, serve and location. The room is a little small, but is well-decorated, and quite cozy.

I don’t recommend it in case you need any kind of flexibility with the booking. They have changed my card a few hundred euros a few days in advance of the stay for a room that I never used, and have been completely unhelpful despite my calls and messages. There are much better options in Lisbon that are more professional.
