Tripadvisor· 8 years agoWe stayed at this beautiful Bed and Breakfast very close to Lucca for two weeks in September. We couldn't have been happier. The whole property is immaculate and very comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar on site, which was very convenient. And the food is excellent. The breakfast is a large selection of various items, and there is a shared kitchen in the same building as the bedrooms, which was very nice. The hosts are very warm and try to meet all your needs and make your stay perfect. The staff always had smiles on their faces. WiFi was excellent. Free secured parking. Tripadvisor· 9 years agoConveniently located few km away from the city centre, the place offers bikes for free. It was nice riding to the city centre in about 15 minutes avoiding traffic. This also gives you the possibility to explore Lucca by bike. There's also a partial cycle path that allows you to reach the city safely. The place is new and clean, with A/C. The staff is welcoming, paying attention to details and being open to feedbacks from clients. The breakfast was ok too.

Per quanto riguarda i servizi si riscontra un Wi-Fi non funzionante, e la colazione “fantasma” proposta ad orari improbabili; nella villa un avviso avverte la clientela che è possibile effettuarla al bar adiacente dalle 8:30, ma scoprendo poi che a quell’ora non c’é nessuno XD, alche’ contattando la proprietaria viene comunicato che si effettua dalle ore 10:00, assurdo veramente. In fine al check out, la proprietaria si e’ resa poco disponibile nell’ascoltate i disservizi rilevati senza porre in nessun modo una soluzione costruttiva.
