After being stranded at the airport due to a cancelled flight we found this place on Holiday.com We called ahead as it was late and they helped us secure our room and get our heads down for the night. We are staying another night as we continue to have flight issues and feel tremendously lucky to have found this place so close to the historic Lucca town and 30 mins from|The airport. The rooms are Immaculate, well equipped, and we will be returning to this lovely unexpected find.

We did not regret choosing to stay at this place for four days on our trip. First of all, it is right next to the historical city wall, a few minutes and you can already enjoy the historical city with all the entertainment. And also after long walks, it's great to return to quiet and tidy apartments. Extra kudos to the host who offered other apartments without any problems because the air conditioner was not working in the first ones.

The place was super nice. Everything was clean and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. It has AC which was amazing for the hot summer. It has a private and safe parking. It’s 8 minutes walking to the city center, and the neighborhood was super safe. It has air purifiers in every room (even bathrooms) and it is well equipped regarding kitchen appliances. I would really recommend the place.

We booked two apartments each for 4 adults in each (2 couples per apartment). The description of the sleeping arrangements was Bedroom: Large Double Bed and Living Room: Sofa Bed. Upon arrival both apartments were found to be open plan with only a private bathroom. This was totally unsuitable (see photo) for unrelated couples. The Manager claimed that this was our error and we should have known that both were studio flats. When shown the accommodation booking on my phone she just refused to acknowledge any issue existed. When asked to rectify it she claimed that no other apartments were free. I shoes her a booking site screenshot saying there was free accommodation but claimed it was incorrect. We therefore had to arrange additional accommodation at another location to enable privacy for two couples. The owners have been contacted by our booking provider but remain completely unhelpful and unwilling to offer any compensation or apology. This is a clear case of mi-description and I would advise other travellers to check carefully before they stay at this property. The apartments are quite good but the customer service and attitude when faced with an issue or complaint is appalling.

Perfect location just a short walk from the old city of Lucca. Nice clean spacious apartment with private parking. All of the reception staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Great osteria nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Decent location just outside the walls. Clean and spacious bathrooms. Linen and towels clean. Breakfast was ok. Major limitation during our stay was the air conditioner wasn’t working in the main bedroom. Staff initially dismissive of suggestion that air conditioner had failed. Once accepting of situation staff tried to locate a technician - who couldn’t fix the problem. However staff were unable to locate a fan or something to make sleep bearable at night. This was problematic on the second floor of an apartment in summer. Otherwise it is a reasonable place to stay.

I go to this hotel every year. It's modern, silent, clean the rooms are spacious and it's close to oldtown by foot. Very nice options if you travel with a family because you have many kinds of appartements with 1 or 2 rooms so it's like your home away from home. It's equipped with a kitchen to cook simple things. Valentina is a great host, she contacts you before arrival, she has great recommendations for restaurants! Love this place! Highly recommended
